I always like going to Renzi's for products that endulge me and the ladies that work there are fun to talk to. It's all a bunch of laughs and good clean fun. They have multiple smoking apparatuses that will appeal to everyone ones needs and likes. I recently bought this lighter from there, cause it reminded me of an older lighter I had when I was younger and it's a torch which doesn't go out in the strongest winds. The ladies here have great knowledge of the items they sell. Stop on by and you won't regret it.

A friend recommended this place to me since I know little about cigars. Customer service was excellent, super knowledgeable, not a hard sell at all. Highly recommend if you need a gift, especially if you’re new to this.

Just to let anyone know. I know they stopped selling john's 5 star smooth tobacco. I have 4 bags of John's 5 star smooth tobacco for sale. 1 pound bags. I quit smoke so no need 30 bucks and there yours 60 bucks and you can have electric machine to roll. Thanks

Omg where do I start with this review the workers here my god they are just down to earth and very informative and knowledgeable with the products sold at this establishment. Even recommended something to me and then I tried it and it was amazing. They even let you make recommendations to add to their shelves. The owner I have met her a couple times and she is beyond amazing she definitely has a one if a kind personality. They have everything for the everyday smoker to the once in a while social smoker try them out you will not regret it. Definitely my smokers bliss store!

I love this store! The staff is friendly, and always helpful! They have never made me feel like I'm asking a stupid question even though I know I am. I absolutely love shopping here whether it's for myself, my husband or friends. Renzi's has the best prices for miles around. Their selection of cigars is unparalleled, and they have everything you need to roll your own cigarettes.

I've been going to Renzi's for several years now, and all I can say is excellent customer service, excellent knowledge of products, excellent all around.

Great selection at reasonable prices. On par with online prices, even cheaper on some occasions. Knowledgeable and helpful staff! Helped me better understand some products and made great cigar suggestions to me based on what I like. The early and late business hours are great, don't have to worry about rushing to get there before they close.

The staff is amazing and very willing to help without being like pushy sales people. Great experience will be back soon. Strongly suggest checking this place out!

I have a closer shop but this place is very clean so I drive a little more to get here. They give a 10% discount if you buy 5 or more sticks

Originally I was only making my way here for a friend that worked here. She stopped working here but I continued going. Even though it's a bit out of my way, the service is unlike any smoke shop I've been too. Seemingly every employee knows about all their products and are always happy to help. There is also a wide selection of products. Go in and learn something new each time with a smile!
