I bought a 2020 Chevy Bolt from PA Direct Auto Sales a little over a month ago. Throughout the whole process, Chris was very informative and respectful. It was clear he wanted me to buy a car for my own needs, and did not pressure any decisions. He answered all of my questions, and the whole process was very smooth. I intend to make this car last for a while, but should I need another EV in the future, I will be coming back here.

Edit: I feel I should also mention this is my second car ever. I purchased my first one from an online car sales website during covid, so I was a little intimidated by going to an in-person dealership, but those worries were gone after having spoken with Chris!

Buying a car for the first time in my life was a daunting experience but PA Direct Auto Sales eliminated the stress of getting myself into a new set of wheels. Chris was such a helpful and honest salesman - got me a good deal, showed me an extensive history of the car's previous ownership (as well as cars from other dealerships I inquired about), and gave me honest feedback about the car's strengths and it's shortcomings. By the end of it, I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting in the car I bought (2012 VW Tiguan), and I love it. I was able to get a car I was looking for with a reputable history and relatively low mileage for an outstanding price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, especially young buyers.

Usually I don't trust the five-star reviews myself; there had to be something that went wrong, right? Oh there was, but it was USPS error.

I met with Chris on Thursday, found a car that I liked, took it for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. He was very easy to work with, the price was very good compared to other dealers with comparable vehicles.

I had very nice conversation with Chris, I didn't feel any pressure, I felt comfortable that I was making the right decision purchasing this vehicle and purchasing from PA Direct Used Cars. The car was very clean, he provided the auto check (Experian's CarFax) and I signed on the dotted line.

I was paying for the car with insurance proceeds, but also financing a portion of the car through an out of state credit union in a town that I used to live in.

The details were all worked out, and the check was being overnighted to me via the USPS, then I would pick up the car on Friday. The check did not arrive until 2:00 p.m. On Saturday. Chris accommodated my schedule with understanding and patience. When it's time to replace my other car (daughter is about to get her license) I'll be back to see Chris at PA Direct.

Update - FIVE STARS! I needed a car for my Mom. Without hesitation, called Chris again to find the exact car Mom needed. Chris was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We purchased the car with confidence; Mom was very happy with the purchase. Great experience - very nice car at a very reasonable price (way less than comparable vehicles I checked elsewhere). Our previous two purchases from PA Direct Auto have been running great. No pressure sales and top of the line service. We will be back for another car later this month for our son.

Just bought a Toyota Camry from Chris. It could not have been a better experience. I bought the car I needed at a great price. I can just tell that he takes great pride in his business. I was not rushed to make a decision - it was a quick and painless experience - no stress.. This is my second purchase from them and I highly recommend them. Fantastic customer service!

I had a pleasant time dealing with Richard and Chris a few months back. They answered all my questions that I had with honesty and made me feel comfortable with the purchase of my Cadillac. Richard and Christopher have many years of experience in the auto field and I would definitely buy a car from these guys again in the future. Also the office is well kept and cozy. I found the perfect used electric car online from 200 miles away. Rich was extremely helpful. I am in Connecticut and he sent me the carfax and the pictures on the website were accurate. The dealer reviews were great and the prices are phenomenal I paid about 3,500.00 less than very similar cars on Carvana, Vroom and at local dealers in Connecticut. He arranged for delivery (434.00) and registered the car in CT plus temporary registration in PA.

Rich was the ultimate professional and quickly replied to my messages and kept me up to date through the entire process. I cannot recommend Rich or PA Direct Auto Sales enough. I never stepped foot on the property of or met him in person. Being 200 miles away can make this experience a little scary but Rich made it all so easy.

You will not regret doing business with this dealership.

Rich and Chris are not “pitch” guys. They set a very reasonable price for their vehicles and purchasing is effortless on both ends. I was in an out the door within an hour with brand new (used) vehicle. It reset my expectations on going to a dealer from here on out. They are also great guys and professionals as well. Highly recommend them if you want a painless process purchasing a vehicle that’s in good order.

Chris was very accommodating and helpful. Found a great car at an exceptional price, with no pressure to purchase. Chris informed us that although the vehicle passed inspection it would need new brakes soon, than surprising he offered to put new brakes on at no cost to us...I was shocked. I brought the car back 3 weeks later and Chris kept his promise and replaced the brakes on the car.

Chris called me right away after my inquiry and was very friendly and accommodating, and scheduled a convenient time for me to come see the car. Chris was more than happy to let me inspect and test drive the car on my own terms, and let me take the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The car checked out great, and just as described, and I got it for a great price. Chris even had one of his folks follow me home to deliver the new car. All in all, a very easy, friendly and honest transaction and a great deal.

Just bought my second vehicle from PA Direct Auto. Bought the first one because it was a great price, was in great shape, and Chris was great to deal with (no pressure!). When I needed to replace one of my other vehicles, after figuring out what we were looking for, my wife and I intentionally stopped to talk with Chris before buying anywhere else. Turns out Chris had something arriving in a day or two that met our criteria, so we waited to look at this vehicle before buying. We were not disappointed! This vehicle was in far better condition than anything else we looked at and Chris's price was 15% to 20% lower than anything else we looked at. Just picked up a gorgeous Volvo from Chris and Rich yesterday. No haggle, no fuss, no muss. They were wonderful to work with and were incredibly flexible in giving me the time i needed to get my insurance settlement from a previous accident to picking up this car. I was done and out the door in less than 30 min when I finally picked it up. I couldn't be more happy! I highly recommend them and will be back when my husband is ready to buy another car for himself.

Buying my second car from PA Direct Auto Sales was an all around enjoyable experience. Chris and Rich were knowledgeable, genuine, and fair. All the cars on their lot were in great condition and very presentable. Even when the vehicle I liked had a minor sensor issue related to the battery, they replaced it within the following day (at no extra cost). Otherwise, no unnecessary fees, a fair deal for my trade-in, and a beautiful car for a beautiful price. I definitely recommend PA Direct Auto Sales to anyone, and I will be going to them for my next vehicle.

Chris sold me a Kia spectra a little over a year ago. Clean and very nice. Never had a problem with the car and he really worked with me ! Highly recommend them to everyone ! I ended up trading the car in because I wanted an SUV, but the car was such a great car and Chris is awesome. Worked with me so that I could come by when I was done work, even though they were closed.
