Norman's Hallmark Shop

The nice, friendly, and helpful staff are the highlight for sure. They make sure I get my points and rewards and Norman's is one of those rare places that actually send coupons I use!

This Hallmark store is the best ! It's beautifully & perfectly decorated for all seasons (the halloween display they have up now is magnificent!). The employees (Donna & Lauren) are sooo helpful ,friendly and extremely accomodating. They have bent over backwards to help me by calling other Hallmark stores if need be, or going on line for me. Just love this place !!!

In a digital age, it’s particularly nice to receive a card. Walking inside this well run hallmark store to find just the right sentiment is a surprisingly pleasant experience. The shop is well run, has an extensive selection of cards and gifts, but most importantly, has a friendly and helpful staff. Certainly there are other places one can pick up a card, but considering the demise of customer service in so many other places, it’s just nice to be treated with courtesy and appreciated as a customer. I don’t mind spending a little more for a positive shopping experience.

The associates working today (12/17/) were extremely friendly and helpful! I wish I would have gotten their names, especially the one who helped me put my items in a gift box and packaged it like a pro!
