Upon getting My CPAP machine from NBN I was told every six months I would be able to get any replacement masks or hoses I would need from them. Well it’s been a year and I haven’t heard anything back from them after trying to get a replacement mask six months ago. So now here I sit ANOTHER 6 months later waiting on a reply with the same old mask I received over a year ago.

Just got off the phone with Erin from NBN re: an invoice I received from my insurance regarding my cpap supplies. I was in need of a new mask when I went to there establishment (I purchased the machine 18 months prior).
The counter person looked up my name and stated " since your mask is over a year old, we can supply you with one and bill your insurance". Mind you, I only needed the mask. However since this was being offered, why not.
I now received the insurance invoice wherein they were only paying half. Now I have head gear that I did not want and am paying twice as much than I would have paid utilizing "other" cpap suppliers.
Tried to come to a compromise with Erin only to receive double talk.
The markup of their product is twice as much as other suppliers on the internet. Buyer beware of the statements made at this establishment.

I accidentally dropped a part of my CPAP (a magnetic half-inch clip) in our trip. Due to its size, I couldn't find it inspite all our effort.
Decided to call NBN when I arrived home and was able to talk to Jennifer. She promised to call me right away after she talked to the office on how to address my problem.
5 days passed, however, yet no call from her. I called NBN again and left a message about my situation. No call from them still. It has been more than a week now since I last called.
The customer service is terrible!
Btw, it took about 3 weeks before I got my CPAP from NBN from the time my doctor prescribed me the machine.

terrible customer service. Constantly have to chase them down to order new supplies. Typical wait is over 1 month. Moldy mask, hoses, filter by the time they get back to you. I have personally paid for my own masks on line 100% out of pocket vs waiting for NBN who is approved by my health insurance company

Horrible work ethic, nurses do what they want and come in late multiple times. No manners at all. Got my services cut off out of no where because this agency had no nurses available, did not let me know in advance they’re running low on nurses, for me to look elsewhere. They ignored my calls and messages then told me they will no longer be taking care of my son due to no nurses available. Had to quit my job. Asked them for a letter for confidential reasons stating they cut my sons services off and why they cut it off, they declined this letter. Worst mistake was giving them my time. Do yourself a favor and pick another agency.

No professionalism what so ever.

Horrible customer service!! We had to call them for a status. It was sitting on Jennifer’s desk from 8/5. She said there were vacations and they were very busy. Today is 8/28! We are still at square one regarding the CPAP. Jennifer said she would call me back today or tomorrow with a status. We’ll see......

Horrible customer service! Go anywhere but here,waited and waited for my new C-Pap only to find out they didn't want any new patients after 10 days.
