Redstone American Grill

Had dinner here Sunday. The steak was cooked perfectly medium and burger was excellent, highly recommend both. The cookie desert was also amazing. However, the margarita flat bread was blah at best. It was tasteless and bland. I will be back, I just won't ever get the Flatbread again.

Had a late lunch and everything was delicious. Seated in a booth near the bar, had enough lighting to read the menu. Had an IPA beer and a Peachy Keen mocktail which was very good. Started with the Lodge Cornbread with maple butter - one of our favorites. The skillet is large and shareable. Took leftovers home. The beet and goat cheese salad is colorful and very tasty with the roasted almonds. We shared the seared ahi tuna with pickled ginger and tamari sauce. An enjoyable lunch with good service. Also noise level was reasonable and able to have a conversation. Solid, go to restaurant.

A good dinner always start with a dirty martini 🍸we decided to switch it up and sit at the bar this time, great service, great people, great atmosphere. Appetizers were calamari and buffalo shrimp, entrees were ribeye steak, salmon with a side mac and cheese, delicious! 😊😋

Came for brunch on a Sunday and had a wonderful meal. Service was exceptional. Reservations recommended, they were quite busy. We were seated right away with our reservation at a high top near bar. Bar area is very loud, seats available for dining and drinks. Open kitchen design makes it more noisy. Complimentary beignets were a nice touch with strawberry puree. Specialty holiday drink menu available now. "You can't catch me tini" was delicious and packed a punch. Southwest skillet was great and filling with a nice spice from Jalapeños. I am glad we got sauce on the side, it was too heavy for an already hearty meal. Bacon was crisp and had good smokey flavor. Our waiter provided exceptional service, checking on us frequently, serving us flawlessly. We will definitely be back!

Very pleased with my experience. The cornbread was very very good and I would go back just for that. The food was also very tasty and I’m sure we will be back for brunch or a special occasion.

My husband and I went to Redstone American Grill for our anniversary. When my husband made the reservation online on their website, it asks if you're going to be dining there for a special occasion. He said that we were celebrating our anniversary, so I expected some type of acknowledgement during or after our meal. I don't know why they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, because even after we mentioned it to our lovely waitress (Jen) all we got was a "Happy Anniversary" wish from her. When they first tried to seat us, they were going to put us in the last booth, right next to the kitchen & the bar. It was noisy & I told the hostess that we would like to be seated elsewhere. They seated us on the higher level which was much nicer. Now to the positives. The food was incredibly good, from our appetizers to dessert. Our waitress was very attentive & sweet. So in the end, we did have a nice time. We will definitely dine at Redstone again.

Music is too loud, especially under a speaker. Great service. Our waiter was entertaining. The food was great. We're looking forward to outside dining next year.

Wow, went there for my Aunts birthday and had an absolutely incredible time. Our waiter Ron may have been the best waiter I've ever had. Was genuinely hilarious and made the whole evening very memorable. The food of course was great as well. I had the cauliflower steak and it was extremely good. Definitely the place to go for nice birthday dinners.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Redstone American Grill and indulging in their Signature Strawberry Doli cocktail, and I must say, it was an absolute delight for my taste buds. From the first sip to the last, this drink had me captivated with its refreshing flavors and unique presentation.

First time and simply the BEST. From the waiter to the food. A+ . The wait time was long but other than that, I highly recommend 😁

Everything was delicious from beginning to end. The calamari was cooked perfectly (crispy w/ tentacles) and was very fresh. The main courses were excellent and the deconstructed banana cream pie to end the meal was awesome! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been here for lunch and dinner. I tried the Tuna Poke Bowl for lunch and it was pretty good. When I came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, we had the Breaking Bread, Carrot Bolognese, and Braised Short Rib. We ended the night with the chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla bean ice cream. Rob was our server and his service was exceptional! He went above and beyond for us - and he’s really funny too! We can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Had a wonderful meal. I had the ribeye was good, I've had better.. Also has the Full Rack of ribs. We've had it before they were delicious , but this time they were dry.

Redstone has phenomenal food and service. I rate the atmosphere a little lower only because of how loud it is, but it's because of how busy they are. I've tried their bread appetizer, as well as, the Brussel sprouts, which were both very good. The main dish I had there was a braised short short rib, which they did very well, I'd say perfectly for braising. Very nice Redstone, you're definitely on my list

Great place. Service was fantastic. Food was absolutely delicious and came out fairly quickly. I went with the cornbread, beans and ribs, wife had the salmon. Ribs were fall off the bone. Tender, juicy and just the right amount of bbq sauce. The cornbread was the best I’ve had in NJ. The beans were delicious as well. Will definitely go back. The outside patio has a really nice atmosphere as well. I Highly recommend Redstone

Got together with family to try a new place we have never been to. Atmosphere was nice, and the food was great!

Menu is labeled with gluten free items, and some items can be made gluten free upon request. They even come out with little allergy skewers, which added a layer of safety.

Went with a group of people from work. Our waiter was fantastic. He had a good sense of humor and seemed to know all the answers to our questions. A few of us had specific dietary restrictions, but he handled it with ease. We tried a few appetizers - flatbreads and shrimp, and they were all good. My only criticism would be that the bang bang shrimp (substitute for cauliflower) didn't have any bang. I got the steak cobb salad and banana cream pie. Both were delicious. Beware the dessert is huge.

We really enjoyed Redstone, the food was tasty and service was great. Our waitress was attentive and quick. We tried the fondue, chili Thai noodles. All were fantastic.
