I went in to get a new debit card and was immediately greeted and taken care of. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I appreciate that because I don’t go into banks/credit unions often.

Nov 25, 2023 I came in for a debit card and checks was in /out in 5 minutes . That was the best service I ever received at a bank . Customer service was great !

Great experience there for my 1st time going. Very busy, but service was quick and had all my answers and needs taken care of.

I visited the Branch in Cherry Hill , NJ for the first time. I was very satisfied with the service. I had several issues needing resolution and each one was handled with care and efficiently. I had been with NFCU since 2006 and this would be the first time I actually use the bank . I wished that I was not so far from it.

There isn’t many NFCU branches so they tend to always be busy but the team does an excellent job of working through everyone. Lisa was great with opening a new account.

Will they get us on Cherry Hill Branch?
