I checked several places before I found Full Circle. So, this is the best and only business to shop for the high quality and unique slabs in NJ. Two sycamores I've got from John came up above and beyond any expectations. I'll be buying more for my future projects.

He has a large selection of various types of wood slabs already to finish. His air-drying process and then kiln drying make his product the best you will find! I was having delays from a contractor we privately hired in sourcing a live edge top for a bar we were having made. Came across Full Circle Woodworx on Facebook marketplace and decided to take the drive. Warehouse had SO MUCH to choose from. The shop owner was very friendly & helpful - did not feel pressured to buy anything. He went above and beyond to help map out which edges of the piece I chose would need to be cut to fit on top of the bar. Even purchased other slabs for the bar tender side.
For finishing & install we hired CF Woodworx. Would recommend both to anyone looking for live edge wood!

Johnathan was great going through his inventory with me in order to achieve a look and a budget that I was after. He also assisted me with selecting a finish and where to purchase it. The end result for my first time project was a beautiful table for my outdoor deck.

FCW is slowly making a presence in every room of our house - end tables, wine rack, dining room table (made by Prettyman Designs), coffee bar counter and matching shelf (made by Engrained Woodwork), office desk and shelves, and most recently shelves and towel hooks in our bathroom. Clearly FCW is our go to place for gorgeous and reasonably priced slabs. We know the quality is top notch. Jon is always willing to help you pick the right piece and answer questions.

Bought a few slabs from Jon to build a bar. Great selection and quality. The cherry top came out gorgeous! Jon was also very helpful with recommendations on finishing. Any time I've contacted him since he has been quick to respond.

Hands down by far the best prices for kiln dried slabs in NJ. I like how he has the atypical hardwoods that were harvested locally. I’ve gotten curly pear, honey locust, and various burl cuts from him at outstanding prices.

Well organized and DIY friendly. We had no experience with live edge slabs and they were very helpful and informative. Don't forget to ask the history of your slab. Sometimes the story is interesting and has local history.

Be sure to call in advance to ensure John is in the shop but otherwise you NEED to go here! What more can be said that others have not--expansive shop with so many tree species, great customer service, REALLY fair pricing and beautiful products! If you are looking for nice boards for floating shelves, open kitchen shelves, live edge anything, thick mantles, tables etc you will be hard pressed to find a better lumber option in the area and I can't imagine NOT finding what you want here

I've bought some Walnut, poplar and even some mildly curly sassafras from them. Very pleased with the quality of the wood. They always have a good selection of slabs and John is always quick to respond to any messages. This is a great local business that deserves our patronage.
