I ordered new UV lights to replace in my pond filter. They had fair prices and shipped very quickly. When I received the package, despite good packaging, there was crack in the delicate glass elbow of the lights. I contacted them and a replacement was immediately shipped and arrived in good condition, within a couple days. I appreciate the responsiveness to make sure I got what I ordered! Would recommend them.
