I have over the past two years in South Jersey had a great experience with the staff at this Fidelity Investments location. Each time there, I was greeted and handled without assumptions and with support for my own actions. I needed to trade and had forgotten my access codes. I was helped and the service I was searching for was found. Thank you, Ed Mullan on more than one service issue and trade action.

First time doing business at this location. The building is easy to spot from route 73. There is plenty of parking. The location is lovely. Clean, cool, and quiet. Coffee, fruit and kiosks ro access your account. The receptionist was dealing with a couple when I arrived. This couple appeared to be confused about something and the gentleman was less than a gentleman. The receptionist kept calm and polite. She even acknowledged me while leading them to a kiosk. When they were settled, my issue was quickly addressed and I was on my way. I would definitely return to this location.

I love what they do investment wise but to not accept cash is pretty new to me considering they now have checking and savings accounts if I have to move money via card why even use Fidelity at all not a wise strategy for business at all, only time in my life where I’ve been left standing with a leather bag full of money and refused to be helped.

Fidelity is a horrible company to do with. They effectively stole $10,000 from my by doing unauthorized trades in my bond account. They "did an investigation" and determined they did no wrong... and refused to give me my money back, so I am filing a FINRA claim to try and get my money back. Total dirty company, They could have made it right and kept me as a customer... I am with Morgan Stanley now... much more professional a company!

So far they have lost me a total of $55,000! Started with $500,00 and now have $445,000! It only cost me about $8,000 in fees to lose $55,000! NOT GOOD! Did better on my own. Never here from them, I guess they are too embarassed!
