I purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper with 58k miles on it last month. My husband came with me to inspect the car and ensure it was as good as it appears online (it's a good idea to bring someone who knows about cars with you when you go car shopping!...especially used car shopping). He thoroughly checked it out and did a test run. We were mindful it is a USED vehicle so the minor scratches/missing buttons/etc didn't bother me. The important factors (engine, brakes, lights, etc) works wonderfully.

My main reason for purchasing the Mini is for work. Parking is terrible and this car can practically fit anywhere. It's also great on gas; 26 mpg.

Alex was so welcoming, kind, SINCERE and helpful. I actually chose his 2012 Mini because he did a very great job with his video; detailed and thorough. He also sounded down to earth and honest. Aside from that, his Mini was the most recent year with the lowest mileage and best body condition (looks almost new! A few people thought I purchased it new). He does a follow up to ensure I'm happy with my car, what a wonderful salesman.

As of today, I've had my Mini for nearly a month. I ran close to 700 miles on it, filled up on gas three times (I fuel up when my tank has 1/3 left; I play it safe), had the front tires replaced by Firestone all weather purpose tires, it's oil changed by a Mini dealership, and purchased a spare tire and tools kit (from said dealership) since that was missing.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I absolutely love my Mini! My first car and I couldn't of picked a better dealership. Alex made it all so simple and easy, thanks again!

I bought a 2001 Audi TT sight unseen from Alex roughly year and a half ago. I was worrying whether i will get what i paid for, and thankfully for me it worked out better than i expected. Alex and the team did a great job and made a video just for me of the vehicle running. That was a very nice extra step that no one else did for me before. This is my best used car dealer experience i had so far. Very diligent, updated me every step of the way, addressed every concern i had. They also checked the vehicle before it was shipped and fixed a few minor issues, and good part i did not have to pay for that. I only paid vehicle purchase price, processing fee and shipping. I had to pay shipping separately when i got the vehicle, which was not a problem. The vehicle passed inspection with no issues, just one headlight bulb was not working, and i could care less, i wish all used vehicles were like that. Would definitely recommend this dealer. Would not hesitate to buy my next car from him.

I strongly recommend this dealership! I purchased 2008 Nissan Sentra from them slightly over a year ago. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my vehicle purchase. The Ford F-150 truck that I purchased from Cars-Global was exactly how described and the service I received from Alex my sales rep was even better. The truck was spotless clean inside and out when it arrived to me and Alex made sure all my documents were correct and even set me up with a temporary plate to be able to drive it until I registered it in my state. We were looking for the big and reliable family car, and our friend refereed us to go there. Cars-Global choose a perfect car for us for very reasonable price.We bought 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. We couldn't be happier with the work they did! I feel like I have a brand new car. I recommend them to everyone I know looking to get work done on their car, and everyone ends up extremely happy! Purchased a 1991 Jeep Wrangler. Worked with Alex on the transaction. Honestly the Jeep had a few bugs after purchase but expected for the model and age. I called Alex who told me to bring the vehicle in and he will have his staff take a look at it. They were more than accommodating to fix everything for me and my wife. It is rare that someone tells you they will take care of you and then actually do it. I am very pleased with my purchase and am now working with Alex to purchase a vehicle for my daughter.

Couldn't ask for a better or smoother transaction than the vehicle I bought from Roman. He even helped handle transport of the vehicle for me, everything was very smooth. Very forthcoming with all the problems. 5/5 Would purchase another vehicle come the time and opportunity.

Alex is one of the most honest guys I've met in the car business. He backs up what he says and is always willing to make the customer totally satisfied. I will never buy another car without calling him first! I strongly recommend his dealership and their service.

Bought a car (2005 Buick) from Alex (the owner) via Ebay nearly one year ago (10,000 miles driven since). Service throughout the process was professional: we were met at the airport by Pat, who drove us to the dealership. After we performed a cursory inspection of the car, Veronica processed and paperwork and we took the car off the lot. Unfortunately, we discovered that the AC in the car made some very unpleasant noises when the car was heated up (hence, why we didn't notice on the test ride), and even more troubling was that the car broke down approximately two hours later when we stopped for food (wouldn't start). We called Alex, who was very agreeable and actually drove the two hours or so after work to meet us, where he spent until 3 am or so in the morning trying to figure out what the issue was (he discovered that it was a poor ground). Alex turned out to be quite a genius at innovation, and without any real tools or material put in a temporary ground which we later replaced with a more permanent fixture (very simple and cheap fix). Since that incidence, the car has been working great (aside from the AC, which I took to a mechanic and discovered the AC worked, except it had over twice as much Freon as it needed, which after draining, resolved the AC problem).

In summation, for the description of the car and the customer service, I would give Alex a 5/5; I am very pleased with both. The only issue with the car in nearly 10,000 miles being the poor grounding (a simple/cheap fix) and an excessive Freon oversight (my mechanic just took the excess Freon as his payment) causing the AC to not function well.
