We recently had a house fire and had to buy all new furniture and bedroom sets! Val was wonderful and helped us along the way. When it came time for delivery we were a little upset as everything wasn’t in at once but we paid for delivery for an entire year. So they are delivering it as it comes in. We were anxious to get our life back to normal after living in a hotel for over 2 months. We are making do and just happy to be able to be home for the holidays. We didn’t get our couch yet but we knew it would take awhile to get because of what we picked out. We are loving our new beds! I highly recommend going to Jarons for all your furniture needs and ask for Val! She’s the best!

Lovely environment and prices!

Really affordable compared to the other competitors. Doug was extremely helpful in helping me and my husband find the perfect bed and bed frame. Very communicative and friendly. He gave a very ‘human’ feelig to the experience, not making us feel like a walking wallet.
10/10 will come back here for more furniture

Your staff is great to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. Delivered our furniture on an off day due to the weather on our scheduled day. Had a question and the store was right on it and was answered immediately. Will definitely return in the future. Best furniture experience we ever had .

I have been using Jaron’s as my go to furniture store since 1989 when I bought my first home. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and listens to what you want and need. I have always had a pleasant experience coming to Jaron’s. I Will continue to use Jaron’s as my go too furniture store.

We were able to find all of our furniture pieces at Jarons. From our salesman Larry to Teresa who kept in touch with me to the delivery, all went smoothly and we couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Dan. He listened to what I wanted. He patiently showed me what he thought that I would like & I found it. He sensed what style of fabrics I wanted & I'm very pleased with all the choices. I am a very picky person & I'm pleased to say that I broke my record in finding a product. After walking in the door and being greeted by Nicole, I felt very comfortable. She expalined that she would not follow me around like in other stores but she was available for any questions. I found a recliner that I was interested in (same one was at Ashley for for over $100 more). Nicole helped me with my purchased and arranged delivery for me at a time agreeable to me. Today, the furniture arrived as promised and the guys were friendly and cooperative. This was a perfect purchase experience. Thanks

We liked how sales person Dan gave us the room to look around on our own. He directed us in the direction of what we were looking for. When we had questions he was within distance to help us out. We order what we needed but it may take a month or more for it to arrive. Hopefully before our hosting a family gathering.

The delivery men were EXCELLENT! They were so careful and went the extra effort to get the sofa into the room! They had to remove the door and really do some calculating! They were so nice and GREAT!!!

The sales people are wonderful. However, the people that you speak to on the phone regarding delivery are rude and nasty. In fact, once I even canceled an order because they were so difficult to deal with. And regardless of what they try to tell you if you have not accepted delivery yet, they have to either give you your money back or cancel financing if you don’t accept delivery. The women that set up the delivery are just looking for a fight where there isn’t one.

The sale rep was so welcoming and friendly. He made my shopping experience a lot easier. . I love this store

5 stars to Doug and our furniture set. One stumbling block with scheduling delivery but Doug handled everything and he’ll have our business again for sure, and I recommend him for his professionalism, experience, service, and expertise. Thank you for everything and you’ve made our family happy and gave our dining room a much needed upgrade.

I just bought a beautiful recliner with the help of Valerie. She was very friendly and patient as I tested each of the recliners. I continue to be impressed by their service and merchandise.

Doug my sales rep went above & beyond with my purchase. He kindly explained in details about how my mattress would feel & the quality of it. He also compared the price to other stores prices & it was a lot cheaper to purchase through Jaron’s. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

No pressure sales. As we shopped at various stores, we kept finding ourselves coming back to Jaron's to check them out one more time. The deal was sealed when we found the -exact same furniture- that we were planning on purchasing at a different store for ONE THOUSAND less.

As I walked into the Jarons Furniture store. I received a warm welcome from the Ladies at the Customer Service desk. I told them I was window shopping. I had been on the website and I was looking for the Abney sofa. As I was looking and taking pictures. The salesman Don walked up and introduce himself and showed me the flow of the couches and sets. He found the Abney, I asked him how could I change the side the chaise was on. He provided how to rearrange it. I took more pictures. Put down a deposit. My Abney sofa is being delivered today . I am a Happy Jarons customer. They have Excellent customer service skills. I enjoy working with Don and the Ladies at the front. 5 STARS..
