I had a great experience at Hamilton Honda. Zack was an incredible salesman. He was warm, friendly and accommodating. He answered all the questions I had and we were quickly able to reach a deal I was comfortable with. He got the ball rolling for me and made the whole leasing process very easy and simple. Sue guided me through the paperwork while Zack got the insurance details worked out. In the end, I drove away in the exact car I wanted. Can’t recommend this team highly enough.

My son came in and he was looking to buy his first car. Our Sales Agent was Zack and he was absolutely AMAZING !! He was attentive, fought hard, and was successful to putting my son in his first car. Brendon the finance guy worked just as hard to put this deal together. What an amazing team. Zack stayed we were there 1 hour half past closing time, and he showed my son how to work his car etc.

I had a great experience purchasing a new CRV at Hamilton Honda from Angel. I came in after 3pm without an appointment and needed a car that day. Angel was able to quickly get me a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the cars/their features. I was very happy with my new purchase and was pulling off the lot by 7pm the same day. He was also very helpful with questions from the insurance company and getting the car cleaned up and ready for me take immediately.

My daughter, 24 years old, recently graduated college with her MBA and got her first full time job over the summer. Her first order of business was to buy herself a brand new car -- since she has been driving hand me downs for the past 8 years. She started looking around and test driving as she was unsure of what car she wanted. After several weeks of visiting dealerships and test driving cars, she settled on a Honda Accord and specifically on Hamilton Honda. She made an appointment last Saturday for me to go with her since now she wanted to actually purchase the car. Angel D. was our sales person and he greeted us at the door with a friendly hello and a big smile! We immediately felt like we were in good hands and that we would be well taken care of. And we were right! My daughter explained to him what she was looking for and he listened and offered his expertise advice. We test drove a white 2023 Honda Accord with many upgrades. My daughter fell in love and that's the car she wanted. Angel D. worked with us almost all day to go over the options, and the financial numbers. We met with Sue, the finance manager to sign the papers once everything was decided upon and Angel never left our side and when he did, he made sure to keep coming and checking on us throughout the time we were there. He never left us hanging. We had everything set by the time we left later that day with the intention of picking the car up on Monday (we needed to get the car insurance squared away and get the down payment certified check from the bank). Angel D. kept in touch with us on Monday to see if we needed anything else and to assure us that he would be there when we arrived Monday after work and that her car would be ready for her. We had another great experience when we arrived to pick up the car on Monday night and Angel made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left with the car. He told us to contact him with any concerns or questions we/she had in the days/weeks to come. He made sure we had all his contact information and assured us that he would be there for us going forward. It was my daughter's first big girl purchase and it could not have gone any better. If you are in the market for a new car, do not hesitate to go to Hamilton Honda and be sure to look for/ask for Angel D. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Romesh was absolutely outstanding with patience of a saint!! He was extremely knowledgeable of each car on the lot and knew more of what we were looking for than we did lol. Our new car was fairly priced and we couldn't be happier with his excellent service and wonderful care!! He even shared his lunch with us!!! Sue in finance is a sweetheart and the manager was great also and even had an exit visit with us before we left, to make sure that we were satisfied before we left the lot! Absolutely in love with my ran new 2023 Honda Passport. It’s my first passport and it’s such a nice ride! It’s perfect for our family. I can not thank Zachary Ott enough for all his help and making this happen. I was originally thinking of turning in my previous lease and going with a certified pre-own because I needed my payment lower. I was upset about down grading but it was needed to be done. Zach not only got me more than I ever expected but also lowered my payment! He took the time to show and explain the new features in the car to me. He was amazing! I will definitely recommend him to family and friends! I could not be happier and I am excited to continue my relationship with Hamilton Honda. BEST PLACE TO MAKE A DEAL! I came to Hamilton Honda a month ago and met with Angel Reyes (Great, Kind, Genuine Salesman). He valued my trade even though I wasn’t looking for a vehicle and I received a great offer. Although, I was not ready to find a vehicle at that very moment I left and went to about five other dealerships within the month to see you could give me the best options for a new vehicle. The other places either said that my credit was so bad that I could not get a vehicle from them, or the payments would be severely high on top of that the offer, for my treat at every place was three times less than what Hamilton Honda dealership offered me. I was at my wits end at this point, therefore going back to Hamilton Honda and meeting again with Angel Reyes as within that month I had contacted him and he was very kind to contact back. Not only did I stay with Angel Reyes, but I also sat with Brendan the manager (Very Kind hearted, understanding and works with anyone’s story, I’m proof). Both men worked so hard to find me the best deal, and they absolutely did, I did not know that was such bad credit. I will be able to walk out of there with an amazing vehicle great mileage and great payments a month. Thank you so much guys for moving me into a safer vehicle for me and my family.

Great experience from start to finish. Inayah was our initial contact and was outstanding in every way. Promptly answered questions with no hassle. Our sales rep, Robert O'Connor was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Again, no hassle and no hard sell.
