Run by experts, and they clearly care about jewelry. I took a watch to be cleaned and battery replaced and they knocked it out the same day, and based on the complexity and beauty of my Bulova they worked on the service was priced very fair and I’d say cheap too.

I have used Michael a number of times for repairs and twice now for custom pieces over the past several years and I am never disappointed in the quality. He is very open and honest and I have yet to need the same repair twice on a piece. Most recently, he made a custom ring for me for my anniversary. He was very patient with me and all my special requests and it came out beautifully, even better then I expected!

My wedding ring has a thin band—1.5 mm—and it had become very misshapen. I took it to Michael’s to have it reshaped and I had a great experience! They had it done in three days and for a price I was very happy with. The ring looks just like new!
I also referred a friend to Michael’s to repair her ring that had a chip in the gold. She was equally pleased with the service and repair.

I have known Michael for several years, ever since they had a very nice place at the Echelon Mall. Every time I needed jewelry for my daughters or new ring for my wife, I would go to Michael's Diamond & Gold Club, and my needs would be fully satisfied. When I lost a diamond in an old ring which valuable from many perspectives, including a sentimental one, I came to Michael's and he assured me that he can repair it so that it will be like new. Sure enough, I had my ring back in a few days as good as it always been, without any sign of a change. When I needed a watch for my grandson - I would go to Michaels' and they would find exactly what I needed - a modern attractive electronic watch that any teenager would be happy to wear.

I have been working with Michael for many years now. One of my first experience was when I brought him my late mother's wedding band and asked him to create six small pinkie rings for my two sisters, two nieces, daughter and myself so we could all share a piece of my mom's ring. He created the most beautiful heart-shaped rings that have become a keepsake for each of us! After seeing what he was capable of I had him re-set my diamond engagement ring and it was just beautiful. Fast forward another 6 years and then I came to him with my mother's engagement diamond and another diamond I had from my husband and asked him to create a past, present and future wedding band. The ring is just beautiful! He is so creative, so caring, so loving of the work he does! I think his website reads "Enter as a stranger and leave as a friend" that statement could not be more true! These folks know how to get a client and keep a client! I can't say enough good things about Irina & Michael! When he extended his hand to thank me for my business I had to hug him instead! They are the best!

Such a great experience from beginning to end. Old world craftsmanship and truly nice guy. Enlarged a treasured family ring so I could wear it and offered great advice. It came out beautiful and cost much less than I expected. I even returned to redesign my grandmothers bracelet. I've never felt more comfortable in any jewelry store.

Michael & his wife are honest, caring individuals who make sure their customers are happy with any given end product that is sold or repaired. The old style craftmen work is amazing.
