Marcus was an amazing worker! He gave me a new phone and got through it in 40 min. There was a line of people waiting and he had this way to make everyone still calm! He should be moved up to the manager!

Needed some help getting my new IPhone set up for the T-Mobile network and Bill was super helpful. He explained exactly what I needed to do and then helped me move everything over. We encountered a problem and he was quick come to a solution to make it work. Definitely recommended anyone to come and see Bill he will help you out for sure! Super Friendly, and quick service !

This was the best experience! I am a sprint customer with old Samsung 7 phone and needed an upgrade. The manager, Ali was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. He took the time to explore upgrade options to fit our needs. He is a wonderful leader.

Natasha was very helpful! She was working with someone else when i first walked in, but still asked what I needed and let me know if she had it in stock. She also told me about different options for a phone, transferring data, and cases/covers, and explained all of the differences. So so helpful!

Went to this store to upgrade my phone and had a really fun experience. The team was very knowledgeable and youthful with high energy. One of the workers there named Demauriea assisted me and was able to get me in and out in no time! Had an amazing experience here with my upgrade! Demauriea was very polite and explained everything to me. I went in asking about an issue with an old phone and he explained how it might be a good idea to upgrade since my phone was 6 years old! Took his advice and now I am happy as can be, I finally have a fast working phone again! If you need any help, I definitely recommend this T-MOBILE and Demauriea!

Recently on Friday my wife's phone died and we went to the closest store which was in Burlington. We were greeted by Alexa who was very professional, kind, and went out of her way to try and help us. I was looking for an S7 and was informed that they did not have any in stock. Unfortunately they had hardly any high end phones in stock. We were going out of town and have to have a phone that day. Alexa called the next closest store which was in Mt Laurel and they put her on hold for 15 minutes. When they came back they were rude to her and said they had some in stock but would not hold one for us until we got there. I was furious but had heard how terrible that store was. Alexa asked us if we were willing to go to Cherry Hill as she had a friend (Ali) that worked there that would definitely take care of us. She called, they had some in stock and Ali said she would be waiting for us. We went to Cherry Hill and had a very pleasant experience. Thank you Alexa for not giving up and providing excellent customer service. This review is 5 stars because of Alexa, if it wasn't for her it would have only been 3 stars due to limited phone availability.

This store is one of the best tmobile stores in the area. They are knowledgeable & I didn't feel like they were up selling me or pressuring me to buy things I didn't want or need. They took care of my needs & I will go back to them.
