I recently bought a chaby umbrella for 8.99 at a stop and shop in new jersey. On my first day of using it. 1.The strap handle broke,2.there were loose frayed ends on the closure part and 3. When I went to close the umbrella I realized it was missing the piece of velcro that secured the umbrella closed.I think they have a problem with quality control.None of these defects are covered by their warrantee either!

Ordered 2 exact items from this company through Amazon. They didn’t meet expectations so I returned them. Unfortunately, they only credited me for one item and charged me for the other claiming I didn’t return it. Do NOT order from them via Amazon unless you are prepared for a big hassle trying to make a return.

Very disappointed. Received a fake version. No logo, no sleeve, no wooden handle and no guarantee. Umbrella did not match what was advertised. Don’t fall for this scam!
