I had the best experience of my life here. I was referred by a friend for engagement rings and was getting taken to the cleaners at all these other jewelers. Within 15 minutes of being in heart of gold and working with Stacy we had a deal and a ring and I got the deal

I went there and got 5 different pieces of fingerprint keepsakes for my family when my dad passed away and they were very sympathetic and helpful to even get my brother a pocket knife and everything came out beautifully

My husband and I really love this store and always get great service - My suggestion to you guys is to put on your answering machine or website when you’re actually open - There have been a few times I’ve gone there during your posted open hrs and you’re closed / I look on the website and I call and can not get the information - I drive there only to find out you’re closed - You do say hrs are subject to change but you shouldn’t have to drive all the way there to find out if you’re open or not - It’s very inconvenient and makes me want to go somewhere else -If this is rectified than I would highly rate this store-

My wife went in to Heart of Gold and spoke with Kevin. She had small diamond from her grandmothers wedding ring she wanted to have reset in a new setting. She received the ring back and was happy with how it turned out. Although, very over priced considering they used her diamonds and the old gold ring as well. About one month later she noticed one of the diamonds had come out. My wife has only worn this ring a handful of times up to this point. She contacted Kevin who said that it would be taken care of by them. When my mother in law brought the ring into them, they tried to charge her and told her that it was my wife’s fault. “She must have hit it on something” they tried to say. After arguing with them, they finally agreed to take care of it. Poor workmanship and bad business. My wife’s family has been going there for years and now will no longer give them their business due to how the situation was handled. Shame on you Heart if Gold!
