I came in last week to get a banner for my new small business. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the best material to get. I was a little stressed because I needed it by the weekend and than BOOM they told me to come back in a couple hours to pick it up. The banner was EVERYTHING I could of asked for and more! Thank you to the staff for the patience and guidance. The banner really made my pop-up shop POP! :) will be back for anymore of my small business needs for sure!

Great place to make copies of items that you really need to have print it out so that you can fill out documentation.

This Staples store has the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I often get same day labels printed for work & marketing events and the staff in the printing department are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and overly accommodating (even when they are really busy with a lot of customers) and always have my order ready for me when I arrive. And I have to add that
the staff on the floor assisting customers plus the cashiers always go above and beyond. I truly can't ask for a better experience every time I visit the store.

I use Staples for lots of my company's marketing printing. I wanted to thank Nmawa, who is the printing supervisor, for his amazing professionalize. I watch him help a lady who was stress and could not figure out the self-service copy machines. With the patience of a teacher, he calmly walked the lady through the steps. There was no frustration show just great customer service!
It is rare to see someone doing their job with great care and efficiency. He was juggling a few other customers at the same time and could have easily left this lady floundering. He not only helps her with care but took care of the other 3 clients with the talent of an orchestra leader. Staples has a real amazing person working that desk and I wanted to say Thank You Nmawa for your talents and heart.

Staff was very patient and helpful. I was there for a bit and had to print about 150-200 pages and make copies as well. The store was getting so crowded while I was there and with some very demanding and aggressive customers, but the staff was always very professional and tended to everyone well. I was impressed because I would have found it very challenging to not tell off some of the customers that were there.

Pritom at this location was incredibly helpful. We came in to pick up a print order, and in the course of speaking, he told us about the Staples app. In fact, he patiently waited while I registered and gave us some pointers with the app. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. We have used Staples for a number of printing jobs and they have not disappointed. If for some reason you are not happy with the print, they offer to redo the order. Overall, we have been very happy with the service provided at this Staples location. Pritom is a gem of an employee!

I went to the Cherry Hill Staples (Route 70) to have my COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card laminated along with a couple of Drivers License size cards. I was very impressed when the Staples associate working the Print Center told me that at this time the store was printing the vaccine cards for free. When my order was done, not only was my vaccine card free but my two other cards were as well. That is excellent customer service!

David helped me today at the cherry hill location. He was so patient with me and found exactly what I needed! It was a super specific item and other stores blew me off but David was so kind! Will absolutely return and recommend this store because of him

The prices at Staples are low. All the items are organized well and the store is maintained in good shape. The staff was pleasant too. They were very attentive and friendly.

See my last review of the Marlton Staples. This store was a complete 180–walked in & saw 3 employees immediately. One came over & asked if I needed help with anything. Then on my way to the cashier, I walked by the manager who asked if I found everything I needed. That is great customer service. Will be shopping here and not at the Marlton location from now on.

Jocelyn & Dan were extremely helpful and pleasent to deal with even though it was w against a dozen. I've been here multiple times, usually dealing with Dan, no matter how busy it is or the scope of work he is always a eager to help. Highly recommended, ask for Dan or Jocelyn!

Super fast service and helpful with everything we needed printed and reprinted from pictures to programs for our wedding. The quality all turned out great and for the best price we could find.

The employees were very helpful and insightful. I will continue to go to this Staples due to the cleanliness and ease to find things. Customer Service was impeccable.

I needed to print something so from my Google Drive to their printer. That's the "Easy Button" for ya

Everything u need for the office or if u don't have an office & want to do something else even mail boxed items they sure enough do have it all...love this place.
