My wife and I just completed our bathroom renovation with Next Level. Updating our existing layout to keep all of our desired features was a challenge in itself and is what lead us to Next Level. The proposed configuration surprised us and the details by the designer Marina really made the space even better than we imagined! Their installation team was skilled, cleanly, and very respectful, which was evident during the winter holiday season. We would definitely consider Next Level for our next project!

Next Level did an amazing job renovating my home in Wexford Leas. Initially, I was only interested in a new roof and repairs to my soffiting. After meeting with Kyle, he showed me the potential for my home with some new paint, gutters, new front and storm doors. My project manager Tony was present through every repair, responsive to my texts and made sure things were done right. Next Level exceeded my expectations and changed my concerns about working with a contractor. I would recommend Next Level to anyone who wants to work a trustworthy and knowledgeable company! We recently worked with Next Level to do a full kitchen gut and remodel. Part way through that renovation, we added a second contract for a deck that is part of a two phase backyard renovation. Working with Kyle, Brie, and the whole team at Next Level has been an exceptional experience. Their eye for design is superb. They strive to make sure the space is both beautiful and functional. I love to bake and have an exorbitant amount of baking supplies. Brie met with me literally measured all of my supplies to help me pick out bins and organizers for inside my cabinets so everything would fit and be easily accessible. They cared about every detail and they cared so much about my experience as their client. They are incredibly responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. I never worried about not hearing back from them when I reached out with a question.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I have my dream kitchen, an incredible deck, and a list of projects that I can’t wait to bring them back in to do in the future!

Kyle and his crew at Next-Level completed 2 major projects for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From concept and design through construction and finish work, their professionalism, skill and personal attention to detail were unmatched. They always left the worksite clean and kept their promises on deadlines. We would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

Next Level finished our basement and did a fantastic job. The finished basement included a playhouse underneath the stairs, shower, and bathroom. Everything looked great and I can't say enough good things about Kyle and Jim. Jim did a great job finishing our basement and has a real talent for wood working. Jim always showed up and was professional. Kyle was the project manager and his speciality is customer service. Through any project nothing goes perfect. What makes the experience good is the customer service. During construction our line to the A/C was accidentally cut and we didn't realize it until a few months later (as we entered the summer months). Kyle was on it. He responded and took action to all of my messages. This could have been a big problem, but wasn't thanks to Kyle. He got the issue solved at no charge to us. This is exactly why you should pick Next Level to do your next project!

First class contractor. Next Level nailed the basics like doing what they said they would do on time and on budget. But the real impressive part was the design and quality. The bathroom they did is just awesome and impresses everyone. The quality of workmanship and design details were obviously top notch as they cut no corners. Highly recommend!

Next Level recently replaced a powder room with a full bathroom in our 1866 home. Kyle's design solution for the awkward space was perfect. The tile and fixture choices are just beautiful and fit the home without looking "old-fashioned". Tony, who managed the project, was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them.

I was nervous to do a renovation but Kyle, Brie and Will made it easy. High attention to detail and great project management. Using again for another project.

Kyle and his team were professional and top of their game. They transformed 2 upstairs bedrooms into a master suite with an 8 foot walk in shower. It is gorgeous and really is the focal point of the renovation. I have to give a shout out to Romero, our lead contractor, he kept the project flowing and on time as much as they could, especially when you have to wait on town inspectors. We tried to use Kyle and his team several years ago but then moved away. As soon as we moved back we started planning to use him again. His ideas and designs were on par with what we wanted. Not only did they complete the renovation but were able to help us upgrade our utilities and insulation. Kyle went above and beyond what I expected from a contractor. Our house now has a wonderful living space that I never imagined. A big thank you to Next Level.

We had a pretty ambitious kitchen/family renovation in mind but no idea how to get our dream kitchen in our odd space. Kyle laid out the perfect vision and Tony, Hector and the crew made it a reality. The design is gorgeous and the attention to detail was superb. No headaches, no hassles, straight forward communication, so professional. I’m actually looking forward to the next job. 😂

This is one of the best companies we have ever used, they were professional, on time, finished their job to completion, great quality of work, and most importantly, amazing people to work with. The actual workers who came to do the work were nice , friendly and extremely caring. The company and management were diligent in working with my Wife over each and every design aspect. Really could not have asked for anything more.

Kyle & his team designed and executed our kitchen/dining room remodel in Spring 2021. The transformation is remarkable & allows us to enjoy our home in a whole new way. Ron, especially, was such a pleasure to have in our home everyday - my two toddlers grew very attached & he was so kind to them. The quality of work is bar none.

The end result was a makeover of my old dingy bathroom into one that is elegant and fresh. He was able to use his creativity to add space saving storage and provided suggestions on design that I absolutely loved! Kyle has a great eye for design and is meticulous in his work. His detail oriented nature and strong work ethic were not only displayed through his work but also through his communication regarding the project. Kyle made it a point to keep me updated on the status and next steps every day so I was always up to speed. The remodel was completed within the projected time frame and within budget. He was very neat and was sure to clean up after himself each day and at the end of the project. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and very much look forward to partnering with Kyle and Next Level Remodeling again for future projects.
