El Pueblo Taqueria

This is my second time visiting. We had a wet burrito and it was tasty. And the cake was delicious. Their quality and quantity of food is very good.

On the last visit we had the al pastor rice bowl and shrimp cocktail. It was also good.

I would recommend this restaurant and this is near to the Cape May Beach.

Wow! This place was absolutely amazing. We usually go to big wave burrito but this blows them out of the water. Everything was reasonably priced and fresh. Best guacamole I’ve ever had served with super crispy chips. Staff was friendly and nice. Only about 6-8 tables but perfect for a quick delicious bite or for takeout.

We love the food from the Pueblo. We been eating there for a year . I can't say nothing bad about el pueblo the food is so delicious. Their tacos , the tortas are so authentic and my favorite rice bowl 🍚. I usually ask for tacos for my daughter and son just like how u see in the picture. I order rice bowl with al pastor and my husband order with asada . Hope this helps and enjoy their food

A little gem that is popular with the locals and the vacationers. A vast array on the menu to choose from in terms of authentic Mexican food and it is inexpensive! The best of both worlds! A very satisfying meal and not a hit to your wallet. Try the Mexican Street Corn...so good or Fresh Chips and Guacamole...awesome! How about a Rice Bowl with a choice of delicious meat? The Burritos are stuffed with rice, meat and gooey delicious cheese. The Tacos are super fresh and the cilantro, onion and lettuce are a great combo to complement your choice of great tasting meat. Also the staff is very helpful and quick to serve you up a great meal!A must to stop at and we will definitely come back!

Awesome food. Really fresh and delicious. Saw this place on li e and it was well worth it. Food was all fresh and tasted awesome. Portions are big, price is low. Tacos are amazing and the Pueblos nachos are off the chart.
Was definitely stuffed after eating here.
Will definitely go back next time we are down Cape May.

Really good place to stop for Mexican food. It was good and reasonably priced. Daughter got kids quesadillas and I got a chimichanga. Both were well prepared and tasty.

Food is very fresh. For vegetarians, they are one of the few places in Cape May to have more options than overpriced pasta. We got the tofu tacos and the bowl with tofu. If the folks at El Pueblo read this, please start pressing your tofu! I love that you guys are offering up veggie protein options, but the tofu was soggy. Still great to have the healthy veggie options at the shore. Also word to the wise, the refried beans are not vegetarian, so sub in the black beans. Thanks to the very friendly staff that pointed that out before the food came out!

Amazing! Delicious and authentic mexican dining. This time I got the pork rice bowl, and it was perfect! Friendly staff, clean establishment. Our new favorite restaurant in Cape May.

Delicious authentic tacos and nice, clean place for a quick lunch stop. We were only here for 3 days and got them twice. Highly recommend the Mexican tacos Al pastor.

We got takeout, so I cannot speak to service, but the food was delicious. Very grateful for the tofu option, too.

We were looking vegetarian options in the Cape when we stumbled upon this gem of a place. Although small and not very fancy looking, this place serves some of the most authentic budget-friendly Mexican food. Vegetarian friendly options include Tofu as the protein substitute and pretty much all of the other dishes (such as tacos, quesadillas, etc) can be customized to not contain meat. We had the Tacos, Horchata and the Rice Bowl. Everything was fresh and loaded. The staff were extremely humble and patient. If you're craving Mexican food and are in the Cape, this place is a must try. We hope to be back soon!

Delicious! We had the red mole enchiladas and chicken milanesa torta. I wish we had this place in NYC. Super friendly staff too.

If I had one word to describe El Pueblo Taqueria it would be authentic. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere in the restaurant unmatched by the music and decor. The price is unbeatable for the portion of each meal and the food makes my taste buds dance. The Mexican sausage quesadilla is a must have. Hands down the best Mexican spot in Cape May County that not many people know about. El Pueblo is truly a gem that everyone must try!

Food is absolutely delish, tres leches is phenomenal!!!! Personally one my favorite Mexican places!

Great food and nice customer service! Highly recommend.
I’ve ordered from here many times and so far I haven’t had any issue. The staff are also very respectful and polite. Hard working chefs as well.

This place hands down has the BEST food period!!! Rice bowl with marinated chicken....OMG I get double chicken so I can have it the next day for lunch

Had the Tacos Mexicanos and they were delicious! These are more of a traditional Taco than most Americans are used to. Although they did have an American variety with sour cream on the menu. Portions were big. They were unfortunately sold out of the Chocoflan, half Flan and half chocolate cake. Hope to get it next time.
