Great store to shop in from when you walk through the door every Employee is Pleasant not pushy . We needed help making a decision on the correct size and Miles was very helpful he made the best recommendations for the shoes (uggs) that would be the best fit for my Granddaughter. He was so kind and helpful to her .Will be shopping there for sure. Thanks to Miles ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a certain pair of Uggs that was unavailable in the size I needed for a gift. I called the store and they found the shoes in the size I needed. When I arrived, I was able to pick up the shoes and the staff was very friendly. I definitely will be shopping at this store from now on.

I personally had a very good experience here. I was browsing through to see what selection they had of uggs, and wasn’t considering buying anything. But the customer service was great! Specifically, Miles had great customer service and was very convincing that I bought a pair of uggs. I would recommend this store and will be purchasing from them again!

I frequently visit this store to purchase Ugg boots for both myself and my family. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and there are often discounts available that you can take advantage of while shopping in the store.

This is a seasonal pop up store. Open only three months (Nov-Jan) of the year. It is small but well stocked. Most things are in stock. It will be crowded but during COVID holidays there was a wait of 20-30 minutes to get in the store.
