Sure Hearing Aid Services

I have to say this establishment was so friendly and knowledgeable on everything with the hearing test and the products. The owner was very helpful with picking out the right hearing aids for my grandmother. They are a family run business and pride themselves on service, if the office is closed someone is always able to answer your call and help with any questions. I will definitely tell my family and friends to look them up if I’m the market for hearing help.

Please beware of this hearing aid distributor!!!! Received aids— an app was downloaded on phone - with very little explanation regarding this app—was told how to wear/put them in with very little info regarding hearing aid care — brushing every day before use(NO explanation regarding filters- was asked ‘weren’t they in the box—-‘shouldn’t he have known that - lol)— when questions asked a 1-800#was given —- the contract was signed in the parking lot as he forgot to have us read and sign (this was my mistake I should have read and had it explained — I’m taking partial responsibility for that!)
Oh, and forget trying to contact him — you need to go through a third party make an appointment and then go back into store — so much more —
And BTW sometimes people with anxiety may not be a candidate for hearing aids —— THIS MEANS HALF THE WORLD MUST LIVE DEAF!! Lol
