Recently I've had more than a few issues with my watch. The guys were quick, professional, and they expertly made the repairs. Just as importantly the price was more than fair, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. In the future, I know where I'm going to turn first for jewelry purchases and repairs.

Very helpful and courteous service

I brought my watch in for a battery change and went home with a non functional watch. Said it would be 70$ to repair, time after time said 40$ max to repair. I also brought another watch in for battery change and said they didn't know how to do it. Time after time did it in 15 minutes for cheaper.
