I have had friends and relatives who have dealt with lawyers before in personal injury cases. I have heard many complaints about various attorneys.

I don't often write reviews, but feel compelled to write about an outstanding attorney and also an outstanding & caring man.

Mr. Sheridan really knows his law ! He will be upfront & honest with you about your case. But, more importantly, there is the 'human touch'.

I could feel that Tom Sheridan really cared about me as a person.
Getting an excellent attorney is one thing. But finding one as caring, sincere & honest as Tom Sheridan is another.

This was not the case with other attorneys before I found Tom Sheridan.

He answered my questions, returned my phone calls promptly & I felt I was dealing with a close family member.

If he was not in his office, I can assure you his paralegal who answers the phone, Arlene, is really wonderful. Knowledgeable , kind & personable,
with Arlene I never felt "lost" or "out of touch" ! She is truly a very capable person to answer any question you might have.

The person who picked up the phone was very rude and interrupted me when I spoke and basically said are you a lawyer I answered no and she continued to speak over me very rude !
