Old Navy Outlet

I have had nothing but good experiences so far at this Old Navy! I have done three pickup orders this week and two of them were done and ready within 20-30 min of me placing the order! The third one was a spur of the moment order and I did order it late in the day. It tells you that if you order before 2pm you will get your order the same day but I ordered after 2pm and still got it the same say! I went to pickup my second order and my third wasn’t ready so I grabbed the two items and brought them to the register and they just put the order together and counted it as my pickup since I already paid and so I didn’t have to make another trip and come back another day! The great thing was, one of the sales girls was literally in the process of getting it ready! A+ on the sales associates! I asked a few different girls for some help as well and they were both helpful too! Line went fast and she even did a return for me as well in the midst of everything else I was throwing at her! Clothes are comfy and love their sales! I got a couple different shirts in a few versions of their luxe type shirts! love how they look and feel! I would say size down though because like a lot of Old Navy’s clothes, they run big and will naturally loosen as all clothes do! esp their jeans! I will be back!!! Thank You!

This location had so many great deals happening around the holidays. We were able to get our daughter 16 shorts and roughly 9 pants for under $300 which for children's clothes is rare. Overall the staff was really nice and very accommodating. Definitely want to come back again for another season to stock up for our daughter again.

I had the nicest and most pleasant salesman check me out!! I had some returns from another Gap at Niagara Falls outlet and he took the time and patience to give me the same prices for the exact same items on my returns! It took a little more time than a regular return but he never lost his patience! 😊 Wish I got his name!!

The associates were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my return and she went above and beyond to solve the problem. Also the associate that monitored the door was helpful and polite. After having a bad experience before I went into the store, it was nice to encounter such a friendly staff.

Store was very clean & everything I looked at had many sizes & colors available. Line was not long especially considering it was only a few days til Christmas. I will come to this location again. They also have a military discount of 10 percent.

This store is always clean and has a good selection. I always find some sort of a good deal!

MADE A HUGE MISTAKE OF GOING TO GAP FIRST 🤦 I RETURNED EVERYTHING BACK TO GAP AND FOR THE PRICE I PAID AT GAP FOR A HALF OF A BAG OF CLOTHES...I LEFT OLD NAVY WITH TWO FULL BAGS FOR THE SAME PRICE 😍..OLD NAVY IS THE BOMB❤🤗❤
