Jessica and Aaron were really nice. I was just browsing and I found this side way unique emerald cut blue sapphire. I didn’t realize how much Kay’s does for st Jude children’s hospital so I donated the biggest amount I could. Makes me happy my money is doing good in the world! Thanks for making my experience at Kay’s here great ! I look forward coming back to do business and seeing what I can treat myself next to.

Susie was excellent, courteous, and sensitive to our needs and concerns with budget, style, and overall experience. I have had real anxiety about jewelers regardless of company whether chain or mom and pop. This experience put all that to bed and then some. She will treat you like gold and ensure your experience is a memorable one. Can't thank her enough for her efforts.

The customer service for this location is Amazing! Jessica the store manager had to give me bad news about my necklace being lost in transit. She really did everything in her power to make sure i left there happy. She replaced the missing necklace (the aristocats necklace) with the Stitch necklace. The very next day i got a call that the lost necklace actually made it back to the store! So i was able to get my original necklace back! Jessica handle this whole thing with such care! Literally the best customer service! The rest of the staff is also so amazing! I will always recommend this location! Thanks Jessica!

Kay Jeweler’s at the Gloucester outlet is one of the best. They are very knowledgeable of their products! I just met two of their new Jewelers consultants Aaron and Collins. Assist. Store manager Trish and store manager Jessica they are certified Diamontologists very experienced Jewelers consultant! They don’t push you into purchasing anything!

From start to finish, this store was THE BIGGEST help in buying the engagement ring, to my fiancée’s wedding band! Susie walked me through all the steps of picking out the perfect engagement ring from what my fiancée envisioned! To Jessica helping us select the custom band to match it. I called in a couple days ago, and even Trish was the most pleasant on the phone. I can’t recommend this store more! Especially since I went to a competitor the same night looking for the engagement ring, and their first response was “You don’t know what you’re looking for…” The other store just saw dollar signs in an engagement ring sale, while this particular Kay Jewelry helped me build the engagement ring of my Fiancée’s dream! I will always recommend this store to anyone looking for the most important gifts of jewelry!!!

My husband and I are longtime customers of Kay jewelers. We went to the Kay outlet store in Gloucester county and were greeted by Collin who is a young man who had a lot of knowledge of diamonds and jewelry. He was very professional and helpful. We also had assistance from Trish who also was very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. The customer service was awesome. The store was beautiful. They had a huge selection of beautiful jewelry. This is my new Kay store. I would get 10 stars if I could.

I get my jewelry checked and cleaned every 6 months…… Susie at the Kay Jewelers outlet @ Gloucester outlets… was so through in inspecting and cleaning.. she made sure that she took her time and I greatly appreciate that.. I haven’t had my jewelry that clean ever..

I have been to multiple Kays jewelers... but the one that stands out about this one is the staff... specifically Susie. She helped me with my engagement ring for my fiance and a few other pieces of jewelry on different occasions.. Susies expertise is on point, i get so many compliments on the jewelry she helped me pick out. Just not the same as the other Kay stores. Spending this type of money i expect great customer service with the sale and since i get that from the Gloucester location this will be the only Kay i go to and recommend.

Jessica the store manager and Trish are awesome! We will be celebrating our one-year anniversary in September 2023. They helped us out all along the way...from picking out the perfect engagement ring in 2021, to perfect wedding bands in 2022, and now they always greet us with a smile!
