Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel

Excellent hotel with neat, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff who are interested and want to help you. The location is both positive and negative. Escaping the busy centre of NYC, a beautiful view, and bus/ferry around the corner. But, you are dependent on public transport. The ferry only takes you to one point with poor connections to subways and the bus usually takes longer than expected due to the crowds, especially in the morning rush hour where the entire Lincoln Tunnel is jammed. Please note that you will need to do this every day. But even now I know I would choose this over a hotel around Midtown.

Had a great stay here. It’s conveniently located right next to the ferry to the city. All the service was first class. Highly recommend getting a room with the city view. It was well worth paying a little extra

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and it was fantastic! We have traveled to the Hoboken area once before. The hotel we stayed at then was too cool and sophisticated, filled with non-talkative customers and staff. Even the breakfast they served (to everyone/no choice whatever) was the weirdest we've every had. The Lincoln Harbor Hotel was all that you'd like it to be! Warm, helpful staff, friendly people from all over, a favorite withe airlines and the food was totally good with choices for any background. This is the ONLY hotel we will stay at visiting our daughter who lives in Hoboken NJ !!!

Very nice hotel! This would rank in one of the top five I have stayed at. The view from my room was superior. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the amenities were plush. My only complaint is there is no mini fridge in the suite the two TVs were very large and the room was extremely Spacious. The hotel and surrounding grounds were clean and parking was easy and accessible. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the hotel. Clean and good service. Location is fantastic, view of NYC is fabulous. Big parking. Loved the application key and online check in and out. The $10 ferry to NYC is the best thing ever. The italian restaurant is excellent and bunch of walking distance restaurants around and nice area to walk and excercise.

Decided to do a grand gesture to my boyfriend and this was amazing. I wanted a city view and I definitely got that, all the staff were super nice, the room was very clean. The ferry was steps away from the hotel, Whole Foods was in walking distance. Rain winter weather only added to the beauty, I bet the summers are just as nice. I’m definitely staying here again.

Hotel was beyond my expectations. On-site restaurant was an Italian restaurant and so good. View of NYC right out window, Steps away from the ferry and walk outside perfect views of City.

When my SO and I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and checked us in earlier than expected. He also gave us pointers to the NJ transit and how to navigate around NJ and Manhattan. Our room was clean, but I personally did not like the wall between the bed and living area as it made the bed area seem small. They provide full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash - which smelled more masculine. But nevertheless, it was more convenient than having nothing. The ferry (comes every 20 min) will be the main mode of transportation from this hotel to Manhattan. It only has ONE stop, from Lincoln Harbor to Midtown/W 39th St. Overall stay was excellent! Highly recommend.

Great Water Front. Spend evenings watching the newyork midtown skyline or mornings jogging around the trail along the Hudson.

Ambience:
The property is old but the maintenance is very good 👍 You will love this place for sure.

Commute: Excellent reach.
You can save on renting a car during your stay. You can get to port authority terminal (42nd st/8 Ave) in Midtown in less than 10 minutes. Time square is 4 minutes walk from there. (Buses: 158 & 126 every 15 minutes).
Also, you have ferry access right next the Hotel.

You can take 42M bus to Bryant Park and Grand Central and reach within 10 minutes for port authority.

You can take subway to go to Central Park (Uptown) and Wall Street (Downtown) and reach innkess than 20 minutes.

Airport: Newark Airport is 40 minutes away in a cab Uber/Lyft (I paid $45)

Hospitality:
Great service from the staff. Very quick checking in and easy check out. They have hold my luggage for 8 hours after my check out and helped me save money.

Renting Car
You have Avis rental car pick up and drop off location available within 15 minutes walk and Kyte within 6 minutes walk.

Groceries & Food:
Whole Foods within 5 minutes walk and 4.5 star rated italian and Steak houses within 2 minutes walk.

The location across from NYC is pretty fantastic. The customer service has been exactly what I would expect from a Sheraton. My room is up-to-date, which is always nice and has two massive TVs. The only problem is outside noise in this location, but that is unavoidable for the city and surroundings… There’s nothing Marriott or the Sheraton can do about cars and helicopters.

This could possibly be the finest hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are incredibly spacious, equipped with amenities such as two TVs and complimentary water, which enhance the experience. The only drawback I've encountered is the absence of complimentary Wi-Fi.

The view from our room was awesome. I wish I had a better picture! They have parking but it is additional, check with the front desk while check in and they will accommodate the parking. They even gave us early check-in. The suite we were in was very spacious too!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend at Sheraton Lincoln Harbor.

As soon as we checked in we took a bus which is conveniently located down past the ferry. (TIP: download NJ transport app). It’s about $7 to get from NJ to NY (bus 158 or 159). To get back, you can only take bus 158.

The next day we took a ferry into NY. It was a splendid experience; it cost $10 per adult (TIP: download the app before you board) they won’t take cash or card and run on a tight schedule. Any one visiting for the first time like myself, make sure you take the same ferry to Staton Island to see the Statue of Liberty.

The hotel had most amenities, as for kettles, patrons need to request for one. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast here, our server Jose was outstanding. He maintained his professionalism even during peak times! Dinner at Beneci Cucina was good too but service doesn’t match up.

Our hotel room had a great New York skyline view. There is a bus stop at a 2 minute walk that takes you to New York PABT in 15min and from there you can avail subway to travel in New York.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. The front desk agent, Mateo was really helpful on getting us situated. Our room was clean and spacious. The food at the attached restaurant was also great although we had one day where our order was lost. We took the bus into New York City, which had a stop about 20 yards from the hotel. A ferry crosses the river and is located nearby as well.

Stayed for 10 days while checking out NYC.
The service is really good at the front desk. The guy with the injured foot was exceptional in his service.
The breakfast was very good, but the service was more kind than professional.
The rooms were functional but the shower was average at best.
Beds were comfortable but why on earth they keep a clock radio in the room is beyond me. Install USB chargers instead.

The location and price was outstanding.

All in all I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I’m in the area.

Just got back from a short business trip and, I must say, what an exceptional property. The location is amazing, like an urban oasis. Right on the hudson river directly facing Manhattan with ferry service every half hour.
Room was spacious and comfortable. I can't stress enough to book early and request city view, it's priceless.
I have to give special commendation to Nicole the bartender.
She was super attentive and very genuine in her hospitality.
She made coming in after a long day just the welcoming icing on the cake.

They could provide refrigerator with freezer in rooms. Rooms are spacious and service really nice. However one evening ac stopped working and they said we had to move our luggage and shift to different room. We were staying for 3 weeks and could not pack all things and move room. We suggested we can sleep in other room and once they fix AC (which would happen next day) then we can switch back to our room but they denied request. Finally they provided us a fan to get through the night.
Very convenient location for bus travel to Port Authority. It's just 2-3 mins walk to bus stop.

Really nice room and well priced for the area. There’s a ferry right outside the hotel that will take you to manhattan in less than 10 minutes.

Best part of the hotel was honestly the receptionist; Kevin. He gave as good customer service as I’d ever experienced, really friendly, really informative and knowledgeable with any questions me and my friend had. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel and the company, top tier guy.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit nyc but not looking to spend 500/night on somewhere in Manhattan, besides, the ferry over is enjoyable anyway.

This place is wonderful, Not only do they have complimentary chocolate but they also have an amazing restaurant! You can also request a view of the NYC skyline and the Hudson River in your room (pictures from the window)! They also have a ferry directly next to it so if you are taking a long NYC trip but don’t want a hotel there, this is perfect! Overall this is an amazing hotel with nice staff and I highly recommend coming here.
