I went there today with a Phillips CPAP machine. Ralph was great. He took the time to report a recall on this faulty CPAP machine. He also spent quite a bit of time explaining different things to me about CPAP machines. Nice part about is is to find a great place like this and it being 4 minutes from my house. Thanks for all your help today.

Everyone at CPAP America, Inc was wonderful and I couldn't believe how much time and effort the owner, Ed, spent with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the purchase we made. We've been over our heads with this Phillips CPAP recall and wanted to make sure our family member who suffers from extreme sleep apnea had a CPAP machine that was safe for them to use. Ed did so much for us from explaining clearly what the issue was, what our options were and supported us so that we feel confident we made the right choice. I only wish I could give 10 stars because Ed & his team are the very best.

Helpful staff, fair prices. As a new CPAP user, I was having difficulties with my treatment, and Edwin walked me through some options that made it easier and more comfortable, spending time with me to really dial in a solution. Lots of options, great pricing for those those who don't have good insurance coverage. The service was unbeatable, everyone was very kind . I had been battling my insurance company for months and gave up. A few days after my doctor was informed that I was giving up the battle, I had her send the prescription to CPAP America and a couple days later there was my new machine, unbeatable price for out of pocket, unbeatable service and shipping! This company is very reliable, I needed a cpap and my Dr recommended 2 companies that were horrible. I found CPAP America and gave them a shot. They truly are phenomenal. If you need a CPAP they are the way to go. I dealt with Ralph, he was great, very knowledgeable and very helpful. They've earned a customer for life!

Edwin Frost, R.R.T. is professional, knowledgeable , and personable. He spent considerable amount of time with my 80 year old father, going over his CPAP machine usage, cleaning, and benefits. He showed such respect to my father, while so many disregard a senior citizen and speak only to the younger family member. Edwin, took the time to ensure my father was on board and understood how to use his CPAP equipment. This place is top notch and highly recommend.

PHENOMENAL!!!!! My son has a compromised respiratory system and he was diagnosed with Covid last Wednesday. He was using both his inhalers and nebulizer treatments every 4 hours which maintained his pulse ox at 95%. Thanksgiving morning I called to check on him and his pulse ox was 93%. I told him to take another neb treatment and recheck his pulse ox. He informed me when he cleaned the tubing part of the medication chamber was misplaced and both he and his wife looked for it and could not find it. I told him I would call around and try to find a pharmacy or medical supply store that was open. The few pharmacies that were open did not carry the tubing or even a new device. I reached out to local ERs and urgent care centers but no one could help me. I was on the phone for approximately 1 1/2 hours then I called my son back and told him he may have to go to the ER.I could hear him struggling to say he would be okay until he could replace the tubing Friday. My son almost died at the age of 8 from an asthma attack and in 2017 he suffered a full hemorrhagic stroke which left him disabled at age 23. The thought of him not being able to breathe comfortably had me fearing the worst. I was getting ready to head to his
house and take him to the ER when I received a call from Ed Frost. He told me to meet him at the store to get the tubing for my son. I was amazed that this man was so willing to leave his family on Thanksgiving and open a store just so my son could get a replacement tube for his nebulizer. I have never purchased medical supplies from the store so I was shocked that he was willing to extend himself especially on a holiday for a stranger. I met him at the store he gave me the tubing at no charge and wished my family a Happy Thanksgiving. I can not say how thankful we are. Ed's kindness, compassion and selflessness allowed my son to stay home and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with his wife and children.

Ed and his staff are phenomenal!! My wife was struggling getting her oxygen saturation up after a bout w Covid pneumonia. They suggested some respiratory therapy exercises for her and within days has seen a significant increase in her oxygen saturation. These guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered an autoPAP machine and accessories to be shipped into Canada. Everything arrived very quickly and all was exactly as I was told it would be. Service and prices were as good as can be. Great people.

Initially spoke with Carol on the phone, who spent over 20 minutes with me. She answered all my questions and provided additional information. I explained to her how Medicare wanted me to pay $70.00 per month for 13 months and if all was going well and I followed their mandatory requirements and restrictions, then I would own the machine. Well...that’s $910.00 and didn’t include the mask which is another $100.00 or so. I saved almost $400.00. Of course it depends on which machine you purchase.
So, being the finance/banker person I am, I decided to let my fingers do the walking and work up some more figures if I purchased everything out of pocket. Then I found CPAP America. After finding out how close I was to West Deptford, NJ, I phoned the store to discuss my plan.
I was so excited, so one day later, I took half day off work to go across the bridge and hopefully purchase a machine that my cardiologist said I should get..
Carol started with me and Ed demonstrated the use and cleaning of my machine. Neither one rushed me through the process and I’m so very happy.
Just ended my third night with it and my score went from 50, to 90 to 98 on third night. Not bad for a first time user of a Cpap machine.
Thanks to Carol and Ed for making this unusual purchase and usage of something I never thought I’d have to use, one of the most pleasant times for something that can be extremely frightening. My cardiologist will be very happy. Thanks again...

I visited CPAP America on Christmas Eve for a CPAP SD card. The employees went above and beyond to help me. I, unfortunately, did not get names but a brunette woman was so nice to me. Instead of going to the original place for any CPAP supplies, I will give my business to CPAP America.

5 Star service. I purchased the Dream Wear full face mask through this company. Typically I use local CPAP supply company . I had a WRONG fitting Mask and Ed Frost highly recommended the Dream wear mask. 3 years I woke up with puffy swollen eyes with the Res Med Full face mask. 1st night with the Dream Wear no puffy eyes. FINALLY I'm HAPPY with my CPAP. The whole experience was painless and the staff are AMAZING I Can't thank these guys enough.
