We turned to Village Pine once again, this time to refinish an 80+ year old headboard/footboard, and a one-armed student desk that dates back to the 1940s or early 1950s. Both the bed pieces and the desk were in rough shape but Bob and Jason said they were both able to be refinished. To our amazement, the bed and the desk look brand new! We can not believe how incredible they look! Bob and Jason are the consummate professionals and a pleasure to deal with. Old world craftsmanship, old school values. They do very fine work and will see the job through from start to finish. I have some custom designed cabinets from them and recently had them fix the wood fireplace mantel after we added a wood burning insert. Next up, they are building a stand for an antique phone which has been sitting in a box down our basement for years. I would highly recommend this company.

They fixed my 800lb table that was ordered from Etsy that had “bugs” buried into the epoxy and restored it beautifully. Great family owned shop and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for custom work or repair.

American manufacturing and quality at reasonable prices

Beware of custom fabrication you order from them. Ordered an expensive custom oval top pedestal table. The fabrication was poorly designed and the craftsmanship was amaturist. The table was delivered with the pedestal not squared with the top. I was given a song and dance before the owner came to try to ractify the problem. To his credit, he tried for a quick fix to no avail. I am a professional contractor and, in order to align the table and pedestal properly I spent two hours dismantling and realigning the pedestal support to the table top.
Very expensive table, very poor workmanship. Very disappointed.
