Deerwood Park

This park is very clean and has a variety of equipment for all ages.

The Deerwood park is really a very nice park. There was a very nice playground for the kids to have a great time climbing around. There were some benches nearby for the parents to sit nearby. Plenty of parking as well. Nearby there are some baseball fields and some huge areas you can set up and play football, fly a kite or just anything you may want to do in a large field. There appeared to be a hockey rink also for playing roller hockey, but unfortunately I didn't have a chance to check it out much. All in all it was a great park - I highly recommend checking it out.

Kids love it, it has a hockey rink sports field and a bike ramps. Awesome!

Easy parking, nice baseball fields, well lit. Spent a few hours there watching my sons little league game, last night. Very balmy bight, 80 degrees at 8pm, but it was great. Easy to get into the spirit of baseball there. Maybe a little buggy but thats ok, you're outdoors and near the woods, where we could hear the chorus of frigs, etc, in the distance. Very summery.

They also have a great little snack stand.

EXCELLENT! Well maintained grounds and playground equipment. Many different levels of difficulty for all ages. There is a thick layer of rubber shards used as protective flooring at the playground. A great place for a play date and to meet new friends.

Great place to catch pokemon while my 4 year has a fantastic time on the playground. Older children tend to stay near the skate park and there are huge fields to fly kites in. The lake in the back has a small floating dock as well.

this is a huge park that has a giant purple playground for kids, and many places to do sports and activities. the park is well maintained. Highly recommended!

Great place for a baseball tournament. Plenty of fields, good snack stand and lots of places to grab food within a 5 minute drive.

Love this park! Very open lots of space to run around for the kids. And its clean never really see trash or dog poop anywere.

We live in NC and the kids love visiting the "purple park" every time we come up.

Very updated, good for all ages, my daughter is one. AS ANY PARK.....bring sun screen. Not far from beach or main st. To have a great day

Sunday lot of Hasidics enter the park, but they are friendly...no issues

My daughter and wife love this place. Very good time if you're looking to do something close by and not have to spend money.
