A perfect experience renewing real ID! My daughter and I completed everything online, only went in for photos my daughter uses a wheelchair. A thoughtful staff member and security guard spotted her and expedited us to the front of the line for our photos. Quick in and out wonderful accommodations and a very considerate staff! We were mentally prepared for a basic challenging experience and were more than gratified by the accommodating state employees!

I think I was there for a half hour. There were 5 people ahead of me. It's for PA ID, REAL ID, and Photo driver's license. I don't drive. I took the card along with my old PA ID and funds.
This was a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm. The representatives were great. I'd recommend going there.

I always get my meat from the Grove Meat Market in the Blue Bell Shopping Center. The meats are always fresh, and they have a variety of different foods there to choose from. The people are very friendly there.

My experience was really easy, no real lines even though I was just there for a renewal of license. Please move pretty fast, only took at best an hour and 10 minutes if even that. I don't know why most PennDOT centers aren't the size of this one to better serve a vast amount of people quicker

Excellent location! The woman who was at the door helping everyone was great. She was pleasant, and knowledgeable. I appreciated her being there and helping me. This was a whole new DMV experience for back in the day. Everything was organized, pleasant and easy. I was expecting to be there all day and given the run around. I was in and out in half an hour. Keep up the great work guys. Thank you.

Best DMV experience I had in years. Polite, professional and fast and I showed up late. Yet I was out the door in a half hour.

Had the most amazing experience here at this DMV. LOVELY ladies who were so helpful and attentive. I came to renew my photo ID picture and the lady let me take about 6 pictures before I chose the one I wanted. She did not rush me or have an attitude at all.. At another location I was told we only get 3 shots..now I see that was a LIE...LOL! Will forever take the drive all the way to 70th Street from now on just to experience great service. I went on a Thursday at 10am and it was NOT crowded AT ALL! No lines.. took about 3 minutes for my number to be called. Taking my CDL test soon and will be sure to come HERE to take it!

Their wait time was pretty fast, and they're closed on Mondays. I renewed my license and was in and out in no time.

Super efficient, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Went to renew ID. Had no idea what to expect from new location. Soooo much better than Island Ave. Everyone was pleasant & helpful. I was done in about 20 min to my great surprise. Recommend this location to anyone who needs to deal with the DMV.

The staff at the DMV was very pleasant and professional. Environment was also nice and clean. I'm happy that they got rid of the old DMV building on Island Ave, it was dirty and the staff matched it with their negative attitude. Thank you for the upgrade.

My son and I went to do his driving test. Had no problem but the instructor didn't let him know why he failed. I wish this info was given at the end of the test.

Both my sons got their learning permits here so I'm very satisfied with the team.❤❤❤

The best penndot location in Philadelphia. I went in, explained my situation, they listened, did what needed to be done and sent me on my way. The fastest I have ever been in penndot!

The process for getting the things you need is very smooth if you have all of the required documents before you get there. I went in to get a REAL ID and although it was my first ID ever, I was in and out within 30 minutes. The security guard at the front desk was very nice and makes sure that anyone walking in is all set for getting their ID or license. A tidbit for any other young person who needs an ID but doesn't have utility bills or tax records: to prove your residency, you only need a postmarked piece of mail (not just an envelope) with your address and name on it, like a college acceptance or voter registration card. Also make sure you have the correct form and amount of payment (they don't accept cash but you can pay via money order, check, crediy, or debit)(I paid $61.50 via money order for an initial ID along with the REAL indicator). And it was air conditioned!
