Bergenfield Cinemas

This was a great little theater. When this was originally constructed I think it was one large screen with balcony and lower seating. More recently it was carved into 5 smaller screens. The seats were ok. The screens and sound were also fine too. The prices for the tickets and food were amazing! For less than $20 you could get a ticket and snacks and a drink! Way better pricing than AMC!

Unfortunately it looks like this theater may be closed for good and it is very sad if that is true. They removed all the movies from the marque and shut off all the lights just after Avatar 2 was released. My hope is that they are just renovating the theater and not shutting down forever.

This is community movie theater. Clean, maintained, good movies and great staff. Patronize this place folks. You won't regret it. Just saw top gun maverick and downton Abby.

Its small... but don't let that fool you. They have all the usual movies and at great rates. The snack bar has the usual movie going snacks at better prices than the big guys. The facility is clean and comfortable. Lots of parking around the back of the building.

I really love this place. Went here on August with my UK friends and had a friend who worked in the cinema. Since we came abroad, she nicely let us watch a movie for free with free popcorn! The popcorn tasted fresh and you can even butter it yourself. It has a nice retro feel to it and you can order other snacks too. Would definitely go here again when we all go to America again and when quarantine is over. 🥰

After the pandemic you feel so normal to go see a movie. Elvis. Safe place to go to theater was empty. Truly, we need support our community and enjoy the show!

Come see the Rocky horror picture Show every first and third Saturday of the month at 10:00 p.m! There's a live shadow cast that people perform and practice, and it's a lot of fun. Definitely don't take your family but it's a great place for a young couple on a date. I highly recommend it if you've never seen Rocky horror before, and you're sure to love it never forget it.

WOW! This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and nice. On my last visit to the cinema I ordered so much at concessions that I spilled my soda down my shirt! The staff was so great they found me a shirt in the back so I wouldn’t be sticky and replaced my soda! What better service could you ask for. 5 stars doesn’t say enough.

Affordable!

Was able to watch a movie that was basically out of other theaters and because of the low ticket price, snacks are all the more delicious.

Snack prices are great too for a movie theater.

Not the fanciest place with the biggest and brightest screens, but I won't complain for the prices.

Been going here since it was called bow ties cinemas and it was an amazing value and experience but I think they weren't getting enough people coming in and the management of the place kind of fell off. Glad the new management (under Bergenfield Cinemas) kept the prices the same and if anything has better value for concession. Once or twice kids coming to this place will cause noise issues but I can't blame them for that, though they do need a more strict security regarding that. Overall an awesome place to come watch movies.

This place is great the popcorn is always fresh and there is always a great seat for a great price whenever I go and it has very easy parking. This is by far my favorite theatre

Affordable theatre with a good selection of movies. Next to several restaurants so a great choice for a date night.
I believe Tuesdays they have specials. It's not crowded which is nice, and it's typically kept very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love this theater. It's definitely a gem for locals. New management has done an amazing job! I find myself seeing the same movie twice and thrice sometimes because of how friendly the prices are. As a Bergenfield local I will not waste another dime on AMC as long as this place has the movies I want to see.

Awesome experience, had a birthday party there . The Manager was super nice and very friendly. Her and her team made sure everything was going well throughout the time we were there . A big Thank you to them again.

Nice and super cheap ($5 to $7). Same company as the one in Teaneck but this one is much cleaner and a little nicer looking. Worth going to when you don't wanna pay for the $15 theaters. Movies are also not usually sold out which is a plus.

The theater is clean and seats are comfortable.. Not to mention that it has a variety of English and Filipino movies, which I love. They are so updated with the latest movies and employees are friendly. Great job!

The theater is a old school theater but there is no real problems here. I love to go and support my local small business.

great local town theater. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. Its an older place, so walls are a little thin and place doesn't look like the most newest place. I think it has charm :)

Everything about the theater is awesome and I really love it. It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. I recommend that the cinema should start selling icees. There will be a lot of people buying them which is great for you guys. This cinema is recommended to all people!

Is clean. No complains..We takenour kids on the weekends. Before 6pm -$5.00! To watch the movies tou see on other more expensive theaters! You can't go wrong. I recommend it!
