McDonald's

Nice, quaint atmosphere and kind staff at the front counter. I'm extremely happy to have finally found a McDonald's that properly cooks their quarter pound burgers (places in B'town are always undercooking them.) This will be the only McDonald's I eat at from now on.

Good father-son breakfast! I’m posting this with my 6 year old son “B”, so this is a joint effort. “B” says, “You got my order right, not all McDonald’s do. We chose 5 stars. You have good food offers. We got to order on a kiosk. They brought the food to our table fast. They didn’t over- rush.” Dad’s comments: Clean, nice atmosphere. Team members were upbeat. I appreciated the team member who walked around refilling coffee.

Drive thru service was excellent as always.

Went through drive thru and those kids were on it!! Nice to see young enthusiasm. Remind them always no matter what you're doing it matters.

Went there today to pick up a quick snack and ended up deciding on the 2 cheeseburger meal (lol) one with pickles and one without. I went inside and placed my order on the touch screen menu, and not a moment after I ordered and went to fill my drink I was approached to ask if I only wanted no pickles on one or both sandwiches. It may seem simple or perhaps silly, but I really appreciated that. I didn't think how it might be confusing and regardless of why I just wanted one without pickles, I appreciated them confirming it so that they got my order correct. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

The woman at the food pick up window was amazing. I could hear how nice and personable she was to the people in front of me since I had my window down and that kindness extended to me as well. She deserves a raise for sure! Most of the employees there are very kind. That is solely what my 5 star rating is based on.

This was by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. It was clean, service was fast and our order was perfect. Most of all though the employee that waited on us was extremely personable and funny and accommodating and just way more than you expect from a McDonald's employee.

Hot French fries, restaurants tables clean and busy location

We dropped in for coffee....it was good and the service was good. If you're in a hurry, could be the right place for you.

Great service manager Niki on Johnathan Moore Pike in Columbus Indiana has cleanest facility fastest service of any McDonald's ever. And makes it look so easy. Great people make for great companys.

Sept 16, 2022, for some reason I am not able to leave an updated review, interesting isn't it??? Horrible McDonald's now! They can't even keep the doors open due to lack of staff, drive up most of the time and we are a little tourist town so that will be fun come October. Owners don't think this store is as important as their others so they don't come in and help and they should be their to open their lobby. They should close and let maybe Culver's or even Chic Fil A take their place. They pay better and have better management.

Nice, clean, friendly environment. The employee who took our order took it from my 3 year old! It was cute & she was friendly. There was no one in line behind us so no rush. Very colorful inside.. The have a glass case with a mini town.. Really neat to look at whole we waited less than 5min for our food.

I took my granddaughter here today!! I could not believe how they actually took my order right for her it never happens they were all just so nice!! Thank you for the Christmas goody bag!! Thank you for being so nice and welcoming 😊

I always love this place, it always smells AMAZING at breakfast time. Recently got a job here and saw just how HARD they work to get orders right. Debbie, Jean, all of you guys, thank you for making this place the best fastfood place in nashville!

What friendly employees! This location served us two fresh, carefully made McChickens that were among the best fash food sandwiches that we have had in years.
The manager handed us our sandwiches at the window with a smile, introducing herself, even! What service. No line.

My family comes thru the drive thru every day and we really enjoy the friendliness and big smile we are always greeted with from a woman named Amanda, she is the friendliest employee they have by far. We look forward to her allso because she always gets our order correct,as a few other employees do not. Food was always good.
