I came here the same day I went to another place and it was amazing the atmosphere is incredible, the staff is super cool. They really took their time but were quick as well. I was so satisfied with my nails and toes. Planning to make them my home shop. Definitely recommend

Stopped in for a pedicure while traveling and a friend recommended Suzi. It was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. I was well past my last pedicure so my feet were not in good shape. She was fast, efficient and my feet look and feel amazing.

I came here after a few bad experiences at other shops as a last attempt with professional nails, I was going to do my own if I had another bad experience. I am writing this review after my 3rd fill-in. They are always well staffed, clean, fast, friendly, and have any color gel and dip you could imagine. I think I have found my new nail home.

If there were a ranking of 6 starts I would pick that for Brand Nails. LOVE my dip mani. I recommend this place to everyone!!

I have been getting my nails done for many years and never been satisfied with the service that I received or the quality of my nails at other salons. Brand Nails has the best technicians!!!! Jenny and Miley have been doing my nails for the past 2 years and I have never been more pleased. They are the best!!!

Love this place and the new space gives such a luxurious vibe. The absolute best spot for a pedicure in the area!

I’m from Michigan & on my visit I took my daughter to get their nails done. My daughter had a bad experience in my home town but here she had a great experience. She loved her nails. The gentleman did what she wanted & asked if she was happy with every move before he went into the next. I was looking at other people’s nail & all of them were beautiful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have a new favorite nail salon!! They sat me quick and quickly went to work. And my nails are amazing!!

Did a wonderful job on my nails. Nice clean shop a little pricey but was worth it.

the service is super nice. i usually get my regular manicure done by Emily or Bebe, they are both super nice and always make my nails look nice. they are very gentle with removing hangnails and pay attention to detail. if you ask them to shape your nails round, square, or oval, they’ll make sure they do it right and ask you if it looks fine instead of proceeding without your opinion. they have lots of colors to choose from. very nice people, barely any wait time.

I love this place. I have always been treated kindly and taken care of quickly. I usually get dip on my nails and it stays on for 3-4 weeks. I have not had my dip manicure last that long at other nail salons.

I had a gel manicure before and the polished chipped off. I went back to pay for a repair and they repaired my nail and put an extra top coat on all for free.

This business is very professional and family oriented. I will not go anywhere else.

Serena did my pedicure and my toes have never looked better. She took time and paid attention to detailed as far as “cleaning up” my toenails.

Suzy worked on my boyfriend who received a deluxe spa pedicure. He was in foot massage heaven and she kept asking him if he was okay to insure he was enjoying himself!

These two did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend either one of them.

I been going here for about a year now. I’m very picky about my nails. I get dipped nails and I usually see Jenny she was on vacation today and Emily took care of me. She did a great job as well! Thanks Brand Nails for always doing a great job.

Stopped by here yeserday for the first time. I am very impressed with my nails!! I came in around 7:00ish to get a full set I was honestly expecting to be rushed snice they close at 8:00. But that was not the case!!
The man doing them took his time making sure they were done perfect. Will definitely be going back!

Brand Nails is the best nail salon in New Albany. They are friendly and reasonably priced. Suzie is the best for manicures, pedicures, and gel. Tony is the best for acrylic nails. Call ahead for an appointment if you don't want to wait.
