Phenomenal Customer Service - Sergio, Debbie, and Roxanne have helped my Mother, Diane, and I make all kinds of design choices. Whether it involves inventory present in the showroom, or perhaps our going direct to a manufacturer catalogue because we like that vendor's style, they're supportive, articulate, and helpful. They seem to understand we may not always know the right design-words at first (not working in their industry), but with some guidance and high-quality communication, and visual references, we can land on choices that are exactly the visual aesthetic we're looking for. Always so fun and comfortable working with their team. Highly recommend!

Looking to replace a large window, I talked with their specialist and got nothing but facts--about the manufacturers, their different model series, the pros and cons and longevity of each. Best 45 minutes I've spent with any supplier yet.

I was short a trex board and when I called in the person answering the phone was sure to verify that they had the piece before I drove there. Super helpful.
Also, the store is set up as a showroom so you can get good ideas.
This was my first time there but I will be back!

Pc's customer service is outstanding. I had some questions about a product I purchased and they said they would follow up with the product manufacturer and get back with me. They called me with an answer within 15 minutes. It is refreshing to do business with a company that actually does what they say, unlike the big box stores. Great company and great employees.

PC Home Center in New Albany has good straight Lumber they load it for you and check the lumber . Ryan at the desk treated me good and gave helpful advice. I would not be doing this review if it wasn't for the way Ryan treated me
