AutoTire Car Care Centers - Southport

As finding a good car repair shop can be difficult, I have always bounced around whenever I needed repairs done that I could not do myself. Thankfully, I believe I will no longer need to do that.

After receiving a recommendation to use Southport AutoTire for a repair I needed done earlier this year, I decided to give them a shot. I was impressed with the way I was treated, price, timeliness of repair, and the condition of the shop.

The way luck would have it, another repair was just needed and I was interested to see if Southport AutoTire could duplicate their past performance. Once again, they delivered.

I have high standards whenever I hire anyone for anything, just I would expect of anyone using my services.
Southport AutoTire has earned my business as well as my recommendation to friends, family and google reviews.

If you aren't using them for your auto needs then you should start....seriously.

The guys are friendly & take really good care of you & your vehicle. Just took it in thinking I needed new break pads & they were perfectly fine. They didn't charge me a dime.

I can not say this enough This shop is absolutely the best. I'm a female that was married to a auto mechanic for many years. My husband would tell me many stories about upsaleing and more. He lost 2 jobs 1 was Andy Mohr in Plainfield for not upsaleing. I have a very hard time trusting shops. This shop always makes me feel safe. Doesn't try to sale me the most expensive product. Doesn't push me with Maintenance things my car should have done. I truly am thankful for these gentlemen taking care of my community. Keep up the good work Southport AutoTire! Great shop! Very Personable and friendly our family has been coming here for the past few years. I came in to get my tire looked at and they fixed it in less than an hour!!

Excellent service! Highly recommend. They were knowledgeable, polite, prompt, efficient and very friendly on the phone and in person. That says a lot these days. The big box stores were rude and quoted unreasonable prices. I called and in two days new tires came in. Unfortunately, I told them the wrong size. No worries they say, we got tires that will fit your vehicle. Very pleased with my tires and service and with Jordan and all the crew. Thank you for treating me with respect and warmth.

This visit was for a scheduled tire rotation - there is no charge for them since I bought my tires here. Car was taken at the appointment time, completed quickly, and I waited in the comfortable area provided at the front of the store. I always receive service tips specific to my car's age, make, and model when I am here, and I really appreciate that - it's more and better help than I get at the dealership!

Took my car in that needed bearing hub work. Found out it was still under warranty from previous owner and they granted the warranty to me. Now that's customer service that I appreciate. They have become my one stop shop. Very local, clean and easy going at the front desk. A auto place I trust putting my family vehicle in their hands. Keep up the good work guys.

My daughter and I came into this location to get our tires replaced. Mark attended to us and he was very helpful, informative and prompt in getting our vehicle serviced. We’ll definitely recommend this shop.

Mark and his entire staff have always taken good care of me. I used to work for him so I may be a bit biased but nevertheless they are good people to deal with.

Had a leak in one of my tires. They were booked with all day appointments, but managed to look at it and fix it with no charge. Appreciate the staff taking the time to help me.

Called after driving through tar on the road and was taken care of by a kind gentleman who genuinely cared about me and my car and not upselling anything. I did not need new tires at this visit however I will absolutely come here in the future for tires and other services. Thank you again.

I can't recommend this place enough. We don't even live near it anymore and we still come back because the service is good, we don't get talked down to, and they go the extra mile to ensure you're set and you have what you need at a fair price. There are 2 work tables with lots of plugs and free wifi in the waiting area so you can work while you wait plus regular seating. In the 1.5 hours I was there, at least 3 different customers came in with holiday treats for the staff; imagine a place with that level of loyalty!!

We have had three cars coming to this shop for both repairs and tires. They have been fast, knowledgeable , and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. I almost hate to submit this review since the last time I did that with another place,they grew faster than they were capable of keeping up. Super happy with this place!
Adding on to say you are very welcome, and thank YOU for such great, fast service. IDK why it doesn't look right to me but for the record, we have brought cars to you for far more than tires. We have had three cars coming to your shop for all sorts of problems needing repairs along with general tune ups. I will absolutely bring any cars we MIGHT buy used to you to check into. I need to get my Subaru to you for an oil change. See you soon!

This is the best place for tires and car repairs. I LOVE the staff and efficiency. I recommend everyone I know to go here!

This company went above and beyond for me. I am a wheelchair user and only I can drive my car and I needed my tire patched and they scheduled a time for me to come in and let me drive in. Very accommodating! I will be using them again!

This place is great. My wife recently has had some bad luck with cars. The guy working the front desk even knew me by name the last time I walked in. They've always been very responsive and quick when it comes to repairs. Gave us a very fair price to replace my wife's rear axle on her car. Save me about $150 compared to the other place I took it to. Have had them replace a few tires, and they will plug holes for free.

These guys are the best! I can always count on them to take care of my vehicle whether it's planned or unexpected. Super nice, honest, efficient, and the best around!
