Panera Bread

Panera Bread in Greenwood is consistent with its brand. We were able to walk in to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with friendly staff. Our order for takeout was efficient and professional. The food did not take long to prepare. I had the warm teriyaki chicken bowl. It was freshly made. When we arrived at home it was still warm and delicious. Panera Bread in Greenwood is on my referral list and I will go again when in the area.

I gave 5 stars because our service was excellent. The food was ok for a chain. Again, the service was what impressed me. I really was not trying to be a Karen for once 🤦‍♀ and I had to return my steak and cheese sandwich because the horseradish wasnt on the side and it was just awful IMO. I do not like horseradish. But she replaced my whole sandwich no problem and was kind about it..she also offered to replace my whole meal but that wasnt needed. The fact that she offered was appreciated though. She also gave my children free cookies and drinks. It really was wonderful service and we will return just because of that !!

Mediterranean with chicken- wonderful flavor. It was a gluten free option. Service was great!

A nice casual place for a quick and satisfying lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of heat in the Mexican Street Corn Chowder. The spiciness was addicting, and I couldn't stop eating it. And the creamy part of the soup helped cool off the spice somewhat quickly, and the crunch from the tortilla chips gave it some texture and additional flavor. The Asian Citrus Crunch Salad with Chicken was chock full of flavor and fresh vegetables. The noodles added a nice crunch, the chicken added some protein, and the tangerine soy ginger dressing brought this salad to an amazingly delicious level. My son's Tomato Soup tasted like tomato sauce, and we couldn't stop dipping our bread into it. He loved his Grilled Cheese that he constantly dipped into his Tomato Soup. My wife enjoyed her Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich because she enjoys her buffalo chicken, but thought it would taste better with a slice of cheese such as pepper jack. All in all a great stop for lunch.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome customer service I get Everytime I visit my Panera and specifically tonight as I had one of those days that nothing was going right starting from the morning when I was running late and never got to stop and get my usual coffee and by the time I was able to get to Panera it was in the evening around 5:30/6 and all I wanted was just a hot cup of coffee to try to make my day a little better and the sweet girl taking my order named Jessica listened to me vent about my ridiculously stupid day and made sure to get me a freshly brewed cup of coffee with my signature whipped cream on top and it totally just changed my attitude.. and I know that's something silly and simple but that's sometimes all it takes! The staff is consistently wonderful at this Panera and it really makes a difference when you have a smile and a greeting and to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! Thank you Jessica and the rest of the awesome staff(so many to name)!!!!!

Took a lunch break from Christmas shopping and grabbed lunch. Cashiers were very nice and food was really good. The parking sucks because the lot is too small for all the businesses that share it. I got the chef chicken sandwich, which was amazing! Just wish the chicken was just a little more hot. Macaroni and cheese never disappoints! I asked for chips but they gave me bread instead, which turned out to work in my favor as I scraped the cheese out of the cup with it 😊

I always order to go with quick pick up. It's always ready within 10 mins. They've only messed up once within the numerous times we've ordered from there, but mistakes happen. Definitely recommend! They beat all surrounding fast food options!

Today my experience was incredible good, I was just thinking about a squash soup, and I got this happy surprise, Squash soup with a refreshing Fuj apple salad! They were both delicious and health! All the menu looks like that! The service was great, they were happy ( and not faking it! Lol) I want to come back for the chicken teriyaki with brocoli next time!!!

Just came here today and and was BLOWN AWAY by the EXCELLENT customer service from Jesse at the pastry section. Panera is usually a place with great service as well food but Jesse sets the bar even higher than possibly expected! Thank you for having such a wonderful representation of good Christian beliefs and EXCEPTIONAL customer service!

Great location with friendly and nice food. I don’t have to wait too long to get my orders.

A bit worn but real good

Pleasantly surprised. It's been years since I've eaten at this chain.
I came with family. 5 kids, 3 adults. All of the kids ordered Chicken Noodle Soup with baguette. 8 year old Jane said "this is the best bread EVER!"

2 adults enjoyed they're salads.
Cashier named Rose too care of us with great patience. She recommended the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. It didn't look like much when it came out but it was so delicious. She was right. I did love it!

I love Panera! It is my go-to for breakfast on the go, working on my laptop, and business meetings! The staff is wonderful at the Greenwood location. Cindy has such a bubbly personality, and makes me laugh every time I'm there!

The food is great. I can't leave without ordering the broccoli cheddar soup. The parking lot and drive up is quite confusing and people are dodging each other. The prices are steep for the amount of food. Great dine in area but good luck finding a place to sit during the lunch time. People park at a table for hours surfing the web on their laptop. Staff are friendly and helpful. You serve your own drinks.

This Panera is great. It's easy to find and easy to park. The girl at the register reminded me to use my rewards phone number. The guy serving the food is super quick and friendly, he calls your name really loud so you can hear. He's also the one who gave me a small container to pack my Mac and cheese to go. There were plenty of two tops and four tops available for us to choose, and the booths are wide enough that you have room to sit and move. My recent unit of measure is whether I can fit the baby seat in the booth sideways, and it was just right.

Food is excellent. The girl taking our order was very accommodating to our group. Would recommend!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, from the person taking the order to the person handing out the food. The food and drink selection was outstanding! The atmosphere was nice and cool. Panera will definitely become a place I will consider when going out to eat. Thank you!!

Bagels are very good, just don't take a call from a customer....your bagel will get cold! Their Hazelnut coffee is pretty good, and no charge for refills! Nice experience.

Part of the order was wrong but we go here all the time! Mistakes happen! Everytimewe come in its grear service great food and deals! Jus one slip today! Keep up the good work.

I love the freshness of the food and the size portion it's just the right size for a lunch time snack. I have had the corn chowder and the tomato soup both delicious and it goes really well with the vegetable sandwich. It does not have that awful fast food smell.
