Made reservations for 6p on a Friday but probably wasn't necessary judging by the open tables. We were quickly waited on and brought drinks. I would not recommend the water here. We started with the breadsticks with Alfredo. Those were excellent. I decided to try the Chicken Parmesan sandwich and my wife had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. The sandwich was plenty big and tasted good. It lacked flavor so I probably should've added red pepper. The pasta dish was cooked well and had excellent flavor and a hint of spice.

excellent food! fettuccine Alfredo and steamed vegetables. my large sized white Russian was perfectly made. classy clean decor with a comfortable casual dinning feel. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I've eaten there a lot. Always have great service. The food has never been less than superb, and they will make it to your liking. 100% recommend 👌

While they don't advertise as a plant based restaurant, they have vegan options that are out of this world!

First time eating here and it was a great dining experience. Every person that worked there was attentive to all customers. Food was delicious

Tonight was my first time eating here. We ordered a pizza and Fettuccine Alfredo and they bother were amazing . I will definitely come back and try some other foods.

Best draft beer selection in town. I highly recommend ordering the blue cheese chips and grabbing a beer from places like The Guardian, Sun King, and a ton of other great local breweries. Other favorites include the calamari, the salmon (they cook it really well), and my personal favorite the chicken parmesan sandwich. Other friends and family love the tenderloin and the pasta. If you aren’t a beer drinker, have Katie make you an old fashioned (she rocks at it and is a pretty great bartender for being the owner). I also recommend going at lunch and grabbing the Pick 2 with soup, salad, or half a sandwich. It’s like getting Panera only better.

Nice place. We had a class reunion there. Room was set up and ready. Buffet table arranged nicely with our food choices. Food was good. Katie was easy to work with on the arrangements. Highly recommend if looking for a location for a small event or just a nice dinner.

Great Experience! We took our family of 11 people in for their Sunday brunch. We were celebrating a birthday. The restaurant has a warm, inviting feel with lots of woodwork and room to move. They had a nice selection of breakfast items as well as pasta, salad, and desserts. What made the experience was the staff! They made us feel so welcome even though we arrived later than expected. Our waiter was so responsive to every request! He was friendly and made every effort to make sure each member of our party had whatever they needed. I told the manager how much we liked our waiter's service. I found out he had only moved into that position a few weeks earlier. What an impression he made! We loved our visit and plan to return!

We rented the restaurant for an after Christmas Party. Room was set up and food was ready. Katie and her staff did a great job. Food was excellent. Highly recommend Primo for a meal or a private gathering. Price was very reasonable. Five stars, A+.

My 2nd time there. Friendly, comfortable restaurant with good food, drink and service. I had the mushroom ravioli which was delicious. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals also. A fine evening!

Food was cooked to perfection. The wait staff was very attentive to our party of 15.

The food here is excellent. The environment is relaxed but higher end. The risotto is amazing. But... You need to catch Tommy who is the bartender. Tommy works his rear off and always pleases his customer. We are fans and will be back.

Good Italian food in small town Indiana that feels a little more like something you would find in a larger city. “The Tim” is what they call grilled salmon on a salad of mixed greens with blue cheese crumbs, dried cranberries, and apples. It is really good. The baked spaghetti is good. I didn’t care for the regular spaghetti and meatballs sauce. Chicken Parm sandwich is huge and delicious. Chips are house made and good. We had the blue cheese and pesto chip appetizer. It was ok (also we were starving) but I’ll probably try something different next time.

Primo has a nod to fine dining but is very casual. The owner is fun and makes sure the experience is quality and pleasurable. The service is good, even when they are very busy. You can watch the food being cooked and prepared in the open kitchen. The wine list is ok but could use a bit more higher end wines. The price point is very good. Clearly it is a favorite local place as you often see friends greeting each other at different tables.

I just have to say that it is so nice to be able to go to a nice restaurant, enjoy food and friends and have a little normal back after the pandemic shut down. Primo is the kind of place to enjoy that slice of life.

Delicious! I take all my out of town family and friends there whenever I can. The food is so good. And the staff is excellent. I really like the New Castle salad, all the appetizers are good, and you must try the Alfredo!

Delicious food and cute atmosphere!! So nice to have a restaurant to get great Italian food. Love it here! I definitely recommend it! I worked here and it was a pleasant experience. This place will always hold a special place in my heart.

Excellent Italian dining with an upscale ambience you would not expect in a small town setting. Excellent service, excellent menu choices and delicious sauces etc.
Try the Mushroom Stuffed Ravioli, you will not be disappointed. Staff is very pleasing and professional.

Such and amazing local Italian restaurant! The service is always top notch, and the food is phenomenal. If you haven’t had “The Norm” do yourself a favor and order it ASAP! Best salmon I have ever had!

Atmosphere is brilliant, food is amazing, the server we had was top notch! We got a pizza and a Caesar Salad , 100% recommend.
