Everything is kept very neat. Lots of variety of items and the crew socks are quality material. Plenty of fitting rooms. All of the staff is kind and willing to help.

Went looking for something for my daughter. Couldn't find it but the young lady who was working there went way out of her way trying to help me.
Kudos to her.

Took my son out for a day of shopping and we had a blast in Hot Topic! The staff were so sweet and friendly. We haven't been to the mall in ages but we're definitely going to try to go more now, simply because of how positive our experience here was.

This location always has a great selection and super friendly associates. We go at least monthly if not more. Halloween is starting to pop up and it's never too early for that, 😊

Best local Hot Topic store in my opinion. The staff is always very courteous and willing to help. Although prices for certain items are not as realistic as one would think, the sales most times make up for that.

the people who work there are incredibly kind. they treat you with equal respect and are easy to approach and talk to. their clothes are really good quality as are their figurines and jewelry. you do need to build up quite a bit of money to get a lot of items.

Definitely one of my favorite places, if not my favorite, when I go to the mall. It's a pretty big hot topic as compared to the one we've got in fort Wayne. Or at least it feels like it since it seems they have more variety. Workers were very nice and knowledgeable and they've always got sales going on so its always a bonus. From anime t shirts, band tees, top shows and movies stuff, to even makeup, I'm pretty sure they've got you covered.

Have loved this place since I was a teenager! I'm over double the age now of when I first started shopping here! I got 3 shirts with the buy 2 get 1 free deal and a Billie Eilish shirt! I probably spent almost 2 hours in just Hot Topic looking at every single thing! I wanted so much more than I left with, and the customer service was above par! Everyone on there was awesome! Will still shop here in the future!

I love this store so much. The tees, jewelry, and basically everything in that store. I also love the hot cash that allows you to save $15 if your a member. Anytime I can save money is a win.

The staff are very helpful find appropriate gifts for my emo teen. They have a good selection of things that would be considered retro that I would have worn in high school as well. Stroking my nostalgia

My daughter loves this store. I can appreciate it, but nothing there for my age/style. They have quarky niche things you won't find anywhere else. Not cheap, but could be worse.

This store is alot bigger than the muncie indiana mall store we ended up sonic the hedgehog for our grandson, and granddaughter little peep tee shirt, daughter a pink skirt great staff.
