Best Ace Hardware

Great place with outstanding people and service. Very helpful in finding the things I needed. Good prices, become an Ace rewards member and you’ll save more. Much better than any big box store.

This Best Ace is located in Long Neck and advertises its large paint department and garden center. I use this store exclusively for several reasons: the staff is always welcoming, helpful, and friendly and seem to know their regulars well; I can always find what I'm looking for, either on my own or with a little help; their mailed coupons regularly give me at least $5 off my purchases. Sometimes I can get a larger discount with a larger purchase, as most stores offer. Highly recommend you try them if you are in the area.

We’ve been into numerous places for a civic key, and without help. I called ton, spoke to a Charlie ( who was extremely helpful and friendly) he got us connected to Niko, who makes keys. This dude went above and beyond!! It’s so hard to find a place with decent customer service, and find people who enjoy working with the public. Both of these gentlemen like their jobs & are extremely professional and go above and beyond! I highly recommend ace

Not a lot of hardware stores down here and slower Delaware so it's great that just four miles up the road there's an Ace hardware. It's very well-stocked and manned by very helpful, nice staff. Recommended

I love Ace Hardware at Long Neck. Everyone is helpful, but especially helpful and knowledgeable is employee, Corky. He's cheerful, fun, smart -- so helpful. I needed certain size drill bit and screws and he searched until we found the perfect ones.

Great for finding that little part and some.
Don't bother with there lawn a d garden.
Other than that very helpful staff.

One of the two only hardware stores in the area. It is convenient although their prices might be 1 or 2 dollars higher than the bigbox stores. Again, it is very convenient.

Ace usually has what I can't find anywhere else. The staff there are very helpful. Also check out cleck was very up beat and had a smile on her face. Workers are efficient.

Always have what I need. Easier then driving to Rehoboth or Millsboro during summer months.

Every time I have gone the cashiers have always been pleasant and attentive.

I have lived in this area since 2008. Ace is the first place I purchased something for my home and since, has been a weekly visit. Most staff are knowledgeable in many areas (and if they aren't, they promptly find someone who is). Managers are great, and everyone is friendly and helpful. They have most things I am looking for and I can avoid RT1 especially in summer. Frequent flyer here, love ACE!

Fast service and enough help.

We have Lowes & Home Depot close by...Ace beats them hands down in every way! Excellent customer service employees that SMILE, who want to make you happy with the right purchase!!! Low prices and decent amount of product selections.

Always so wonderful here!! They're genuinely interested in your projects, have everything you need to get it done, and have a great selection of Traeger items including the seasonings!!

They have everything you need and people to help you find it. I love old fashioned hardware stores and this is one of the few remaining ones with great hours and friendly people.

Original store was across the street but Ace Hardware is still a great place to shop just like an old friend who knows a bit about what you are looking for because he lives in the neighborhood.
Plus a few beach knick knacks.
