I really like this restaurant. This place is clean and beautiful. The staff are nice. I came here with my friends to eat cheese cake. They brought me as I have never been here before. The drinks are just okay. But the cheesecake is superb. My friend ate Tiramisu cheese and it's so delicious. I want to come back here again just to eat cheese cake.

I've been here twice. This time I tried their Baja Chicken Tacos. They were absolutely amazing and will definitely be a repeat order for me. Our waiter was great and did a wonderful job on helping us make up our minds. Everything was great and it's another must on my list of restaurants to go to when I'm in the area with my work.

We got our cheesecake to go. My husband went to put them in the fridge and dropped mine 🥺🥺😫😫😫

The sweet tamale cakes were SO GOOD!!!

I ordered a Georgia Peach drink from the bar. It was really good, but that price! 🤯

I ordered the parmesean herb crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and sub the green beans for macaroni and cheese. The chicken was very juicy! It came with 3 big pieces of chicken, which was quite a surprise as I just assumed it was one piece. The red skinned mashed potatoes were amazing! Sadly, the macaroni and cheese didn't really have much of a taste.

My husband ordered chicken alfredo. It only had a couple of chicken chunks. Because my meal had 3 pieces of chicken, I shared 🤗

I didn't get our servers name but he was attentive yet didn't bother us too much - which is great service in my book!

This is the first visit to this location. The service and food quality was great. The manager was in the bathroom cleaning the countertops. I was highly impressed! So many times I will go into cheesecake restaurants and the bathrooms will not be stocked or not clean. This location they did amazing!

Peyton was an excellent waiter. We appreciated how speedy he was and attentive. Food was also excellent. We recommend the jambalaya and the new chili crunch shrimp pasta. And you can't go wrong with cheesecake of course

This was by far the best cheesecake factory we have been to. The food was great and so was the service.

Decided to try the Greenwood location versus the northern location. We made the right choice. While the food was slow coming out, about 30 minutes, it was well prepared, delicious and hot. The cooks obviously take pride in their work. The wait was worth it. The service was also much friendly at the Greenwood location than at the other place. Our waitress was on top things. By the time we were ready to ask for a refill, she had one in her hand delivering it and this was on Mother's Day. Atmosphere is good, but due to the high ceilings and lack of sound deading panels, it got unbearably loud in the restaurant. The volume of the music kept getting louder forcing people to talk louder. As someone with a hearing disability, I was forced to leave sooner than I wanted to. I was hoping to enjoy dessert and coffee in place but needed to leave.

Cheesecake Factory at the Greenwood Mall was a great choice for dinner. It wasn’t crowded, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The brown bread as a starter with butter was great. We also had the Dynamite Shrimp which was delicious. My wife had the beets and avocado salad as a starter which she enjoyed. The Sheila’s salad was my selection for the evening and it was way more than I expected. I needed help finishing it but I did. It was a great choice and very flavorful throughout every bite. My son had the flatbread pizza, I had a piece of it, and he finished all of it. Very tasteful pizza. My wife had the Tuscan Chicken meal. The dish was a delicious meal, however, she had an unfortunate issue with the new cooking process for the chicken. The new chicken cooking process, which the manager came out to explain after we informed the waiter of the rubbery condition of the chicken, needs to have the chicken cook a little longer to cook throughout. Her chicken wasn’t cooked long enough. They were apologetic and and removed the meal off the tab. We appreciated the manager taking the time to explain what happened. He took the plate back to the kitchen to show and explain the issue to his staff. I appreciated that act tremendously. Overall a great experience with world-class professionalism exhibited when faced with an issue. Thanks CCF.

I'm still sad that the potato bites are no longer on the appetizer menu... they were sooo dang good!
I hope they return sometime in the future!

This time around, we decided to split an entree as the portions here are so very generous..
We had the Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken dinner with the included mashed potatoes, and my friend subbed out the green beans for Mac n' Cheese for their side.

As always, the chicken was delicious! Perfectly moist and fork tender!
This dish comes with three chicken breasts, so there is plenty to share or take home leftovers for another meal!

The mashed potatoes were perfection and loved the skins being left in...

I didn't have any of the Mac n' Cheese, but it looked really good, and my friend ate every bite while saying how delicious it was..

We also had the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls as an appetizer... they're one of my favorites!
It is such an interesting combination, which blends well.. I think so anywayz...

After all of that, we didn't have any room left for cheesecake, dag-nab-it!
Which means.... we'll just hafta come back!

I went here to pick up a delivery order, I have never personally eaten here.
However, there was a long line at the pick up counter, but it seemed like most people were just waiting. So I jumped ahead to the counter and asked about my pickup order and the girl working the counter immediately searched for it, went all the way in the back and didn't come back out until she had my order. Which was only 1-3 minutes! She was great, and I really appreciated it.

For my birthday yesterday, i went with my husband, and my best friend went and had a fantastic time. The server was absolutely amazing to us! The food was delicious, I regret what I got as it was a little lacking in flavor, but everything else was really good. The only things I have to complain about would be the tables are chipped, and I scraped myself on it where it's peeling the top coat or whatever it is. I wish they'd replace the tables as they have been this way for several years now... But I will definitely go back! Wish I'd taken pictures...

Just like the other location i visited.. tho decor was different.. still a great experience!

I'm a big fan of The Cheesecake Factory overall. With an extensive menu, there are plenty of options to choose from, and their cheesecake is absolutely delightful. Occasionally, I find myself stopping by just for the cheesecake.

Met kathy at the door. Very pleasant. Sat very quickly. Greeted and drinks within minutes. Our server Hannah was the best. Smiles and great hospitality came easy for her. Interacted with the entire table. Food was delivered promptly by Hannah and Micah. Both checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. An overall great experience. Recommend to everyone to share a delightful dinner experience. Will be back and requesting Hannah again and again!

My husband and I ate here for our valentine's dinner on Feb 13. I had a slushy alcoholic drink called a Georgia Peach. My husband had a hamburger with some asparagus. I had the combo of Chicken Madeira and steak Diane with spinach.
Foe dessert I had the chocolate tuxedo cheesecake my husband had the Godiva chocolate cheese cake.
The atmosphere was inviting, the service was excellent, the food was delicious for the price we paid.
There was at least a 15-20 min wait when we arrived shortly after 5p. The attire is dress casual.

Late lunch visit BUT their lunch goes to 5:00 which is awesome.. Tried the Italian Sausage and fresh mushroom rigatoni and it is out of this world incredible. Extremely flavorful with a cream sauce and a little spice. Also sampled the banana cream cheesecake. Another excellent option.

Food was delicious! Best food I’ve had in a while. On top of that our server was the best server we’ve had in years, Devin N. He was just amazing at his job and super friendly and made us feel welcomed even though we were a bit needy. He didn’t mind one bit. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Food was very good. Service was excellent, and very clean friendly surroundings. Clean bathrooms, and waiting area. Cheesecake is always good.

First time visit at this location. Tanya's and Lisa were so helpful. Arrived during shift change there was not a difference in service. Lisa picked up where Tanya left off. Food was delicious, clean, and not noisy like other locations. Lisa's hospitality, smile, and eagerness to check on our table shows she enjoys what she does. Hostess was nice, seated us upon checking in.

AJ was a very tentative waiter. Awesome service although we made some changes to some of the meals we ordered. Hard worker with a positive attitude.

Let me start off by giving two thumbs up to our amazing server Zack! Food and atmosphere was perfect for my mother’s birthday. Food was delicious and Zack topped it off a candle for her cheesecake!
