BMV Connect Kiosk

Awesome location. In and out and Elizabeth was a pleasant person to have at the desk. Very well ran BMV, good job Greenwood.

I got to the BMV @ 9:05. Place was packed. I was 38 in line. Actually went fast. About 20 minutes or so to be served. Very quick process. Pleasant employees. Overall, a good experience.

Once again I had really good luck at this facility. It moved along pretty quickly and the guy who helped us was quick and efficient. I like this branch better than others I have gone to.

I arrived around 10am on a Tuesday and the parking lot was almost completely full. I came in and the next person they were serving was number 30 numbers before my ticket thought it would be forever! However, it very quickly and I was out in under 45 minutes! I always have a great and fast experience when I come here!

Staff was prompt, very kind, and efficient. Can't say the same for the other community members who felt the need to race each other in the door pushing and shoving, but you can't fix stupid I suppose

They did a great job. Expresly under the circumstances that were dealing with with the virus right now. Honestly I loved having an appointment. So much more organized. The staff was very helpful

Was not as bad as I thought it would be. I did go early. Got there when they opened up. Had to renew my plates. Great news if anyone out there used the MACHINE TO RENEW their registration. They put one back in that day. I personally like the MACHINE better and it's quicker. Never a line to wait in. Anyway, I was done in about 55 minutes. Now I have to wait for my plates to come in the mail. It was very crowed, people were wanting it to go faster, but they were not enough workers to handle to amount of people that came in to get plates, Id's etc.., but they were all nice and helpful with any issue you might have had. This is a great place to come now since they have the machine to do the registration. Tks...

It was convenient, easy, and fast. I'd suggest using the kiosk if you're renewing your license or other stuff, but I've only used it for renewing my license without assistance. You can use credit card debit card or cash; like I said: convenient.

Wow... Most BMV have reputation for crowded, busy, rudeness and being unaccommodating. Not here!!! Staff was friendly, fast and helpful. I'm impressed.

I haven't used the kiosk at this location, but it's awesome for renewing a registration in a snap.

Excellent location to go in the middle of the night, very safe as the police & fire department are right across the street..we went at 1:30 a.m. and there was an officer sitting in the car right across from us while we did our transaction, tax dollars at work!! The kiosk was fast and easy, very pleasant experience!! 🤗

Quick and easy to use. Make sure you have your ID and know the last four digits of your SSN before going to the Kiosk. After readying those two items you're ready to use the kiosk.

After getting started there will be on screen prompts from start to finish. The machine will flash a blue light and play a sound where you need to take action (eg. scanning ID barcode, sliding bank card, getting registration) so be sure to pay attention.

It only takes a couple of minutes to use. As a bonus you DO NOT have to wait in the regular line to use the kiosk. (This was posted during the COVID epidemic.)

Less than 5 min wait. Anita helped me patiently with choosing a personalized plate in today’s visit.

We didn't use a kiosk, but Alex, our service person was very helpful, and informative, making our visit outstanding and cost effective.

Went to get a duplicate title for my motorcycle. Sounds like a nightmare right ? Easiest thing I've ever done. Still can't believe it.

Fast Service, friendly employees and Clean

It was smooth sailing while quickly and efficiently and courtesy was excellent.

There was a long line due to Covid and occupant restrictions but the staff were nice
