Always have nice selection of clothes. I do strongly dislike their new checkout line, but I understand why they did it.

Very neat and organized. Displays were attractive. Signage was prominent. Service was prompt and courteous.

Id say the best place about JCPenney would be the portraits. The manager runs the place greatly even on the holliday's when she has no workers she stays strong and handles the situation like a professional I would greatly recommend this place for Holiday photos and photos in general.

Two of my best coats were found here at 60% off.

Another terrific experience at Penney's jewelry dept. Sales associate Bill was great & helped me make exactly the right gift purchase. I really like the excellent service & merchandise I find at their jewelry dept. & their pricing is very competitive also.

It has been so difficult to get good service anywhere. I was very pleased on Saturday, March 18th when I shopped in the cosmetics section. Meisha waited on me. (I hope I haven't misspelled her name.) She was pleasant, professional, VERY knowledgeable about her products and inventory. I went in for an eyebrow pencil. I wound up with about $200.00 worth of purchases (including a $102.00 bottle of men's cologne) because she was an awesome, gracious, amazing saleslady. I misplaced my receipt, so I can't give her the compliments I wanted to on the website. I hope this post gets to her HR and admin team, though. I will definitely be back. I was disappointed at first that Sephora is gone. I'm not disappointed anymore! Thank you!

The customer service rep (Peggy) was very helpful and kind. I need help in the lingerie department and there was nobody. Some other lady in the petit department near lingerie went and got her. She and Peggy deserve to be honored.

The sales were awesome save quite a bit of money. They always have levi's and the gentleman that cash me out was awesome

Visited the Salon area to change an appointment and I found some great deals on nail polish and hair products. As a professional myself, there is a good selection of top brands of hair care for clients to maintain in between service. The stylist that cashed me out for the polish was very friendly and gave me a few pointers on children's apparel that was on clearance. I was able to find my daughter a few pair of pants at an affordable price. This was a good visit.

Peter in the men’s department was super nice and helpful. He Made me feel welcome and helped me find good deals. Definitely Will be coming here again!!!

Found shoes I have a hard time finding size 5 shoes or boots however I saw & brought 2 pair of boots today very happy about that

I always have a good experience here. Every employee I passed today made a point to say "good morning". One of my items didn't ring up the sale price and 2 employees were quick to verify the actual price and get it sorted out fast.

Store is 90% organized, my total came to $160 and the cashier actually helped me bring it down to $120! Amazing! Plus they had this great boot sale....buy one pair get 2 free.

Some organized but its the people who made mess all the time and i am witness. Lady was looking for tops for her daught in children clothes section throwing stuff like she is really angry.

I got some good deals. Matching shirts for my daughter and I they were regularly $27 each I bought both for $17 and change.

We needed a suit so we initially went to another store that deals specifically with men's suits which was too expensive. We tried here and found what we were looking for , for a third of the price we would have paid at the other place. Definitely check out the men's suit section they have bigger sizes just for men and lower down their is a slim fit section catered to young men and teenagers. No tailoring needed.

I received a call from my daughter to pick up some items she had on hold in her name. I went to the customer service desk and requested the items on hold for my daughter. The customer service rep was very nice & professional even though it was 7:30PM. She treated each customer like they were the 1st customer of the day. It was fascinating & refreshing! She disappeared to go look for the items. She returned and asked me if I could give her a description as there were too many hold items to locate mine by name. I had no ideal what was on hold so, I told her I’d text my daughter & do some shopping & return with the info. About 45 mins later I returned to the line with the necessary description for the items on hold. The line was long. I had the pleasure of watching as the two customer service reps received & assisted the customers. It was beautiful. The customer in front of me had a cute little boy who literally tried to break every
thing he touched. He needed to be in a cart at
all times! He was treated like he was invisible. The parents had to control their child! 😂 Kudos to them for not chastising the child. Then it was my turn. She did it again, treated me like I was the first customer of the day!!! 🌞 I love good customer service but I’m ecstatic when I get great customer service this late in the day!!! Hallelujah! I gave her the description and 3mins later she was ringing up the items. I was also able to use a coupon that she assisted me in finding since I had pulled up the wrong one on my phone. I thanked her and left with my purchase. I had to go across the street but I had such a positive experience that I went back , stood in line and asked her to write her name down for me because I loved her customer service and wanted to tell others about her & my experience. If you know what I know be sure to have all of your Customer Service Reps trained by Ms. Q. Scott. Forgive me if the name is not clear as I lost the note she gave me yesterday with her name on it but, I can do you one better, she is the brightest little light on your Customer Service Team with the patience of a saint and a warm sincere approach. She is not a youngster but, I almost forgot, she has a twinkle in her eyes! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Heavenly sent for the holiday season... She needs to be valued & appreciated.
