This was a great & easy Experience. Tyler, our fire expert, was extremely knowledgeable of the area & friendly. Would definitely recommend DBS for all bonfire needs. Hassle free, just pay & show up.

I recently used Dewey Beach Surf Shop for their bonfire experience. It was great! They were super responsive and took care of getting the permit, setting up the bonfire, and cleaning it up at the end of the night. We needed more wood about halfway through the night and all we had to do was text our bonfire expert and he was there within 10 minutes with more wood. Overall a very good experience for a small family of 6 who wanted some late night beach time with some s'mores!

Had SUCH an awesome time taking a surf lesson! Garry was an incredible teacher. I was nervous but he made it fun and relaxed, and, of course, safe. I stood up a bunch of times on the board and wasn't expecting to at all. In fact, I had so much fun that my husband registered for his own surf lesson through DBSS the following day :) I'd recommend them to anyone!

Great to deal with! Hooked me up with exactly what I needed. Highly Recommend. Super friendly attitude. Worried more about making sure I had exactly what I wanted than just making the sale. As a business owner myself, first class outfit. Thanks Again for all the help! Wish I could leave ten stars.

Gary and Tyler are the dynamic duo!!! Surfing is always something I wanted to try but never really had an opportunity. As a 43 year old mom of two active, young boys, there was no time like the present. They were patient, supportive, encouraging, and never gave up on me. They made sure we had the absolute best experience in the water. Additionally, you can tell how loved they are in the surfing community. So many families and young teens stopped to say hello, as they clearly have been an integral part in their lives and learning to surf-they have taught many!

Tyler also took his time and showed my boys how to wax their very first skim boards in his store.

We are customers of DBSS for life!!!

Our son, a Midwest boy who had never surfed before, couldn’t stop talking about how great Gary was. He even extended the lesson a few minutes to be sure our son ended with a good ride.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Tyler and Gary made damn sure we all (and there were 8 of us) had a great time!🐬🍸

Tyler is rad, passionate about his town and culture and actually surfs what he sells! Would recommend 100% for great deals on boards, steps away from the ocean.
