The doctors are all great, anyone complaining about wait time is due to them being the most popular pediatricians in town, of course there is going to be a wait, they see hundreds of patients weekly. The times are not that bad for the doctor experience you get, on top of that Dr Leto is a neurologist who deals mainly with specialized care, meaning only Mrs Michelle or Dr Lilly will see your child, don’t like it you should find a new pediatrician, they won’t compare though so good luck.

My daughters have seen Dr. Lily twice, and I've been impressed each time. Her demeanor is caring and loving, and she is thorough and explains things well to both me and them.

However, the office policies and procedures are outdated and inconvenient. For example, they have NO online portal for parents to use to access medical records. When I asked about it, they told me the public-facing portion of the portal broke and there are currently no plans to restore it. They also don't allow you to email them any documents or information; you have to call, fax, or go in person. Calling can be challenging because about 40-50% of the time you get voicemail. Additionally, though I followed their instructions and dropped off the filled-out paperwork for them to send to my children's prior doctor to get their medical records, the prior doctor has no record of any request sent to them by this office for either child. (This could be their fault or the prior doctor's fault; both offices blame each other.)

The COVID policies here are also befuddling and, honestly, hypocritical. For example, they require you to wear a mask, but about half of the office staff weren't wearing masks when I visited in late April 2022. And, when you arrive for an appointment, they make you check in on the phone. But when I called to check in for our most recent appointment, no one answered, and they told me I should just leave a voicemail - while I'm sitting in the car with a fussy baby and toddler. They want you to go back to the car after being checked in until you're ready to be seen. All of this seems super extra when many of the staff members don't bother to wear masks, and when they don't even bother to provide separate cups for sanitized and used pens. I'm a fan of COVID precautions and masks, but the implementation here seems designed more to inconvenience parents than to actually stop the spread of disease.

Even though the office procedures are the opposite of welcoming, the physical space is decorated very cutely. My toddler loves the fish tank in the lobby. The nurses have been nice. And, again, Dr. Lilly has been great. I hope the office will improve its policies and procedures and I will be able to amend this review in the future.

Pablito is good but they are ridiculously slow, every time!

Extremely long wait after scheduled appointment time. I literally watched EVERYBODY who came in after me get called in before my child while we waited 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody.

I would definitely rate 0 stars if the option was available...
