SpringHill Suites by Marriott Terre Haute

We stayed one night, 3/27/24, the room was very big and nice. More importantly to us it was very clean. The main reason for our contact, is to compliment the two Ladies that were Desk Managers, that we had contact with. The names I have are Destiny (DTS) and Charley. These Ladies were both very bright, cheerful and helpful! The phone reservation, subsequent check in and check out were efficient and quick! Thank You, Dan & Wanda

The room was beautiful, very clean, everything smells so good when you walk into the hotel... I'd love to know what they use 😁 the breakfast bar was very nice, lots of variety. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly too.

I was worried after reading the reviews. Check-in was easy and quick. Our room was on the top floor at the end of hall. We checked the room, very clean. Everything looked new. I did not care for the air conditioner.. it's the kind that kicks off and on. I like a constant fan. Bathroom was clean the hot water was hot. The front desk lady in the morning was super helpful. The room was very quite and comfortable. 5 stars for the Springhill Suites.

I was working in Paris, IL so this was a good place to stop. First couple nights were just fine. Room was clean, staff were helpful when the door lock stuck (will be remodeled soon).

I was here during a recent big storm and it looks like power was knocked out for a few days, luckily I only had one night without power. Water still ran but it was cold of course. Provided somewhere to sleep and access to water during a regional emergency so I'd say they did a good job.

This is a conveniently located hotel right next to the highway and close to plenty of restaurants. Rooms are spacious and are suite-style with a living room and bedroom partially separated from each other. The room was nice overall, and the hotel overall has been renovated as of late-2023. There furniture and carpets are modern and in great condition. Breakfast is pretty good, with a decent selection of hot and cold foods. Service is friendly and helpful!

This hotel has recently been remodeled. It was clean, comfortable beds and felt like safe area. Jennifer, the desk manager, greeted us with a bottle of water and a smile. She was very helpful and pleasant. She is the type of representative that every hotel would benefit from. Our first time passing thru Terre Haute. 5 star rating from us.

The whole time I stayed there was nice people working and there was a nice pool and a hot tub. This place is kid friendly, family friendly. I personally do recommend this place to all people looking for a nice comfortable hotel room our hotel room was nice with a good sofa bed the beds were comfortable. The t.vs worked they have wifi for family's. The workers always helped us if we every needed it. The showed us around and then the closet was nice for all our stuff we had a Wonderful time

Lots of room to spread out, free wifi, and free breakfast buffet (mostly continental, but a nice selection). Generous check-out (12pm instead of 11am). Two-night stay. Be aware that housekeeping only cleans rooms and refreshes towels every other day. Somewhat secluded off the highway. Multiple shopping options nearby, some within walking distance.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is good being close to the interstate and plenty of food options nearby. The staff allowed us to use the common area a little later to finish up some work with our group. Breakfast was hot and the typical hotel breakfast. Decent food, but nothing spectacular.

Absolute best place I have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities you need. Bed was very comfortable. There was also a sofa with an extended lounge. Has mini kitchenette and just really made you feel like home. I can't wait to stay there again on my next trip!!

We had a great night stay here. The woman that checked us in was friendly, helpful, & gave great customer service. They had a breakfast available with a person handing it out. The lobby, hallway, & room were very clean. Very satisfied & would stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are amazing and clean. The complimentary breakfast had the same set up as other hotels. My family and I woke up late to breakfast but still had a hot and fresh meal. The service team was amazing as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sue Turpin works at the front desk and she was the most helpful and delightful women. Highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I loved it all you can eat breakfast but I would get rid of the premade breakfast sandwiches and substitute potatoes and add wiped cream and strawberries in syrup for waffles we make. Tgat would make the breakfasts perdect

Excellent Services , accommodated more than 20 rooms for family event for the weekend. Rooms are very clean , the rooms were cleaned while we were having breakfast that they provided at the hotel ; by the time we went back to room it was cleaned and ready to use for the rest of the day.

The front desk lady by name Sue, that works the 2nd shift, the sweetest person I have ever seen, very caring and pleasant . Also Denise at the first shift was very organized with setting rooms for rest of family members that walked in the next morning.

The rooms are good. The flooring feels nice and quiet with thick carpet. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The staff is very hospitable. The air conditioning is a bit wet but not uncommon with hotel air conditioning.

The location was easy to find. I was impressed by how clean and modern the hotel is. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was nice, but could be improved. There should always be the staples for a hot breakfast available (i.e., bacon and sausage).

Great hotel! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Dee (at the front desk) is AMAZING and extremely helpful. She truly went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs!

I love this place, I have stayed here several times I got lucky through Hotwire once and got this hotel and a real decent price and have not ever been upset with ANYTHING , servee, hospitality, employees, all have always been very hospitable and management and staff wereAlways more than happy to work with me on any and all issues if I had any and they have always went out of their way to be over the top on everything. No I dont have any friends or family that works here so my review is based solely on my stays here and the people , management and staff that I have came in contact with. Its family friendly, kid friendly, clean , and I would recommend anyone wanting a nice worry free stay to give them a try. Its kinda steep if you dont go through a third party website , but you arent guaranteed this hotel always so I will even pay extra for the best.
