Dalton, Julie and Glenn in flooring couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. Great to see and experience in this day and age that this kind of quality people and thoughtful workmanship is still available at our local hardware and lumber store.... Excellent job Lowes

This Lowes, in the dept.'s I frequent, have very knowledgeable staff. The paint dept. is amazing. Frank is the bomb! Recently ordered "special order flooring" that was ready for pick up in 3 days. Lawn and garden flowers and etc. are always plentiful and healthy. They almost always have whatever I'm looking for in any dept. And if I need help it doesn't matter who I ask they can usually tell me exactly what aisle it is in and the BIN number! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As far as home improvement stores go, this is top notch. There is always someone available to help you get what you need and gtf out😆 The ladies at customer service really started my whole experience off amazingly with their kindness and sincerity...

Somebody incorrectly tagged and marked down on this particular vacuum even though it was supposed to be for a Dyson V8 they still put the tag on the shark duo, I took it up to the register and everything was OK except they needed approval the one young girl who went back to look was really rude and throwing herself around doesn't understand what customer service is ! however, The other manager that came over understood the concern did a management override and apologized for the attitude of the other employee! I want to thank the manager who definitely stood up and did the right thing with the price override you're awesome and it's obvious why you are a manager good job Lowe's.

Always a helpful place. The "green store" down the road has a larger inventory, but the friendliness and prices here tend to be better

I love Lowe's. All of their merchandise is organized by department with large overhead signs you can easily read from a distance. Their people are friendly and eager to help and their aisles are wide enough to stop and browse without being in someone else's way. Their prices are competitive and their service is 5-star. I recommend this store to anyone wanting to make home repairs, spruce up a room or replace some appliances. Whatever you need, check Lowe's first. You won't be sorry.

I have been in so many Lowes store. And this location was exceptional, the team was friendly, helpful and amazing to spend time needed until the customer find the right item

The associate who helped me to find the right gasket was professional and checked every aisle and item until I found the right item that meet my expectation.

We needed 17 pieces of plywood and got help loading them on the cart then to the back of our truck!!!! Great service. I appreciate it sooo much!!!!

Steve in appliances was a great help finding out they had an upright freezer in stock. Unfortunately, when i got there Steve had already left for the day, But Charles in cabinets was nice and help find what i was there for and help me load it up.

Lowes has a good selection of building supplies. Just always a little higher than there competitors prices. But they're the only ones who support our nation's veterans. And for that reason they will always get a part of my business.

I always enjoy roaming around in Lowe's and getting ideas for different improvement projects. This was a nice store, and very clean and had the typical large selection of everything a handyman might need. I happen to go in at night, on a Thursday night, at about 7:30, and the young girls that were working the cashier stands could certainly use some additional training in customer service and skills. When I showed one of them a picture of a piece of furniture that I was interested in, and ask if it came assembled or unassembled, she just shrugged and said beats me. No offer of finding out for me or any other help. I just chuckled and ask her did she think there was anyone in the store that might have an idea? And she just pointed me down to the customer service counter and said maybe I could ask them and they might know. I guess I'm just old school about expecting service people to actually take steps to help me. I was able to get some help from the customer service desk who took the time to look it up. When I suggested to her though that perhaps some of their people needed some additional customer service training, she just gave me a puzzled look, and said that they couldn't be expected to know everything? Which of course missed the point entirely.

We were assisted by the most wonderful employee I’ve ever met at Lowes today in Terre Haute. Frank was so helpful and even helped us mix our paint colors and went out of his way to make sure we had all the help we needed. We very much enjoyed the personal touch of hearing stories about his family and their own home buying/remodeling process. Lowes is so lucky to have an employee like Frank

Went to Lowe's to purchase a truckload of lumber etc., had interaction with 6 employees and all were courteous and helpful, but 2 standout, Ryan and a first day trainee were rock stars and can't be commended enough, thank you for your help!!
