Henry and his team are experts in the market and associated builders. In September 2022, my employer expanded the places we could live to include Delaware. Coming from the DC area, we knew the area checked off our boxes - less congested and hectic, great schools, more affordable, etc.. However, we knew nothing about the neighborhoods, home builders, new build process, etc.. In just two quick weekend visits with young kids needing our attention and a few virtual meetings, we were able to see a variety of neighborhoods, view/meet with builders, see home models, and price them out. The quick and timely information made it possible for us to make a decision so we could move to Lewes right after school ended and enjoy our first summer at the beach. We decided on a new build and Henry was great at answering our questions (within 24 hours), getting us updates, and on a few occasions be the bad cop with the builder.

We are so pleased with our experience with Henry Jaffe! We were first time home buyers and he was wonderful at helping us navigate the process and explaining everything to us. He was always honest with us and gave us amazing advice to help us get our home. We made an offer on the first house we looked at- it only went on the market that day! His advice on how to handle all the ins and outs of counter offers/etc were spot on, and in less than a week we had an accepted offer! When we first met Henry we asked about any mortgage brokers he would recommend- we had been recommended some by others, but were 'shopping' around. He gave us the name of someone he highly recommended, and we know why! Henry has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects-even down to movers and cleaners! He never steered us wrong. If we ever decide to move again, or buy another property, we know who we will be working with!

Henry assisted in both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new home. From the beginning, he was available to answer questions and provide advice. Henry's efforts in staging the home, listing it, negotiating the sale, and following up on a variety of issues prior to settlement were invaluable.
