Fifi's Lunch Box

Where do I start? Fifi’s is a MUST STOP if you are nearby. They specialize in comfort food… with a twist! Take the Fifi’s famous square donut burger. A cheeseburger with two square donuts instead of hamburger buns. On paper it sounds kind of gross. But trust me on this, it actually tastes good! This summarizes Fifi’s. Most of it sounds gross but ALWAYS pulls it off good. While I was there I saw one of their Strawberry Shake. Oh my goodness that looked delicious. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have one. But I did ask the couple who had the shake and they said it was delicious. I’m surprised that it hasn’t been featured on mainstream tv. I definitely recommend you stop here rather than the fast food franchises.

A different style of food that will leave you full. Nice location and staff. Very unique and full of flavor. This restaurant is a great asset to the East side of town. There are few places to dine in and this is the freshest place. Great food every time. Excellent service. I’m looking forward to the next time.

If gluttony was a restaurant, this would be it! They have a super unique menu filled with all kinds of unique sandwiches and other lunch options. I got an open face hamburger covered in beer cheese and french fries, and that was probably the most mundane option. Service was friendly and prices are reasonable as well!

Great local burger joint in Terre Haute. A lot of dishes include bacon that they cure and smoke themselves. There are several huge specialty burgers like grilled cheese sandwiches or square donuts as buns. They have bottled and draft beer, a small eclectically decorated dining room, plus takeout, and don't forget to try the Hash Brown Balls or Angry Balls, they are excellent.

This was one of the best experiences ever. The food was amazing and so was the service. It was the best part of my trip to Indiana. You will regret not going.

It was my first time at Fifi's and had a great experience. We had a group of 9 and even though they were busy we were seated in less than 10 minutes.

I had the Mighty Fifi which was spot on. Burger was cooked well and I enjoyed the pretzel bun. The fries were good (fresh cut) but a lot of them were burned/overcooked. Minor negative.

I finished my meal with the butter bar desert which was fresh and probably would have been better warmed up. What I liked is they let me try it out before ordering it as the server didn't know exactly what was in it. The waiters were super friendly and on top of it. Nothing better than good service!!

Not from the area, but one of the guys that I work with took me over there for lunch one day and I fell in love with it. Now every time I'm in the area I make it a point to eat there. I also make it a point to bring new people with me. The food is great, the service is great, and it has a great vibe. Make it a point to go there and eat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This place is gorgeous inside. The decor makes it a very fun atmosphere. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are HUGE, very well worth every penny. One of the owners of this establishment even took the time to ask me how everything was.

Dawn was my server. She made some very fantastic suggestions, being my first time here, from food to local brews. She was spot on with each choice. A very kind woman who makes you feel very welcome.

Between the great food, the atmosphere, and the wonderful staff..they have made a life long patron today!

I LOVED my visit here. It made me feel like I was back at the Covered Bridge Festival the first time I discovered their food. Back in the day I loved the Donut Burger and the Zeus Burger (peanut butter and jelly go AMAZINGLY well on a burger!), but this trip I tried the Grilled Cheese with Bacon and a cup of the Tomato Bisque. Absolutely delicious. Very clean restaurant, prices were good, and the service was friendly and quick!

Dawn was fantastic! If you are in there area you have to stop by and try their Famous Donut Burger! Food was made to order and came out hot.

Incredibly fast and friendly service! Stopped in from out of state and I would totally recommend anyone go here to grab some incredible cuisine! Worth the trek off the highway to get here no question!

We finally visited Fifi’s!
I didn’t know what to expect.
We did not eat healthy, but it was very yummy! They have unique twists on comfort food.
They had catered an event and had leftover shakes that they gave us!!
My kids were over the moon! They said the shakes were specifically for the event, but they also had their cake on the straw!!!! I probably wouldn’t had gotten cake on my own, but that was the best cake I’ve ever had! Definitely a LOT of sugar, but a sweet treat!

Great place. The food just works. The Famous donut burger is delicious. And something as simple as grilled cheese is really good.

I finally made it to Fifi’s and haven’t stopped talking about it. My son had the BBBLT with fries and I had the Mother Clucker on the homemade pretzel bun! We were both very satisfied with our choices. The homemade fries were delicious! Such a pleasant surprise! Our waitress was very nice and friendly, told us about the daily special and even answered my questions about what the most popular items on the menu are! My son finished up his lunch with an Oreo dream milkshake for the car ride home when I asked him if he would go back and of course his answer was yes! We can’t wait to bring our entire family back and I have not stopped telling my friends about the great meal and awesome atmosphere! I didn’t even go over and look at the case of desserts, but I will next time!

We had a lulu dog (all beef hotdog covered in bacon, pulled pork, fried onions, and slaw) l, ruby burger, and angry balls. Great food and they have outdoor seating out back which is a plus as it is off the busy street. Parking is in back as well. Great food at a reasonable price!

Saw a sign out front that said milkshakes, so I stopped, and was pleasantly surprised. They have an amazing burger selection. Tried a peanut butter and strawberry jelly bacon burger on a pretzel bun, it was delightful.

The staff were nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food was amazing. And very aesthetic.

Highly recommend the Zeus Berry Burger. It may sound weird putting strawberry jelly & peanut butter on a bacon cheeseburger but it is weird enough to taste Awesome! I also definitely recommend the HBC balls. They are pretty darn tasty!

When you’re driving cross country, lunch is really the only the highlight of the day. Stumbled upon Fifi’s and couldn’t be happier, even during COVID.

Top-notch service, stellar food like the Famous Donut Burger and the Angry Balls. So good, we’re stopping again when we pass thru 😋
