Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me port my numbers over from another carrier. The process would have been much quicker if the provider I was switching from had better trained customer service agents. I love cricket, and will definitely be sticking with them.

This person working was actually very knowledgeable and helpful!! He set my husband's new phone up transferred all the information and it didn't take him any time at all to do it!! We have literally spent hours in there before waiting for staff to do this so Great Job to the young man working the day we were there!!

This was such a good experience for me today! Tori was so helpful she helped me fix my account in a timely manner, she listened and fixed the problem. The manager also worked to resolve the issue of my forgotten password and had it reset in no time! You all are awesome 😎

Great deals, clean store, awesome staff, very helpful and nice. Great service deals and phones are the newest out, and they matched me with a phone and service I could afford to have, and I saved money there too. Best phone place in town. And you can get a hair cut or go shopping close by. Parking is easy and accessable, staff work to please and help me with all the needs I have, great place.

Great service and I’m happy the Terre Haute location has signs stating they require masks and limit people in store to keep my family safe. I felt safe and happy with my new phones for me and my wife! Sam and Will were terrific :)
