Silo Farms Manufactured Home Community

Great place to live. But if you buy a so called refurbished home get it inspected before you buy . Repairs and refurbishing on mine very poor and a couple a items I expected to see repaired in the spring because I moved in in the winter they now refuse to do. Had it inspected and a list of warnings given. When I go to office to check if they are going to do them they just walked away. Retaliation by them has been obvious for my complaint. I now have to go threw outside channels to document my issues and put up surveillance to protect my car and property . Just got response on this review from owner today eight months after I posted it. Very uninformed. No one from local office ever has contacted me to resolve any issue and I been to office and been waived out of the office or walked away from.. so I assume your are doing the same Pastor Randy Baughman

We have lived in Silo Farms for a year now and it has been an excellent experience! The staff is wonderful and has gone above and beyond in making us feel welcome and appreciated.

This community is one of the cleanest, well-kept and quiet communities in or around the greater Fort Wayne area. As safety being a primary concern to most, this community has proven to be a place where one feels at home, safe and comfortable.

I would highly recommend this community to any and all that are looking for a place to call home for many years to come. Thank you to the management staff in this community for maintaining such a lovely community for all of us!

Very nice community to live in. A pool and a fishing pond. Snow removal is private and very fast. We always get plowed out very quickly and well. The maintenance guys are friendly and thorough. They come in every 3 months just to check things over, tests the smoke detectors, replace furnace filter, they even check and replace any broken cabinet hardware or faucets and stuff like that. Pay your rent, don't cause problems, and this is a wonderful place to live. Just re-signed our lease.

This place exceeded our expectations! Very clean and beautiful homes. The whole park is clean and looks great. They have a park, pond, and a pool which is awesome. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. We hope to live here for many years. -Victoria R.

Our expierence here has been wonderful! When we have needed repairs, office staff and maintenance are quick to resolve. The community has a pool, playground and private fishing pond. All just a short drive to Fort Wayne.

Great place to live. I have lived here most of my life and had a few people problems but love th ebb community. One bad side is in certain areas for a while mainly certain home have the smell of week ut its quiet and friendly. Denny Is awesome he always makes me laugh

Easy to apply to good trailers and good management

This place has come a long way. It used to be just another trailer park. They are cracking down on appearances and as a result this place looks amazing now. Such a difference from ten years ago.

I've lived here 6 years and proud to call this home. Its quiet for the most part. I don't have any complaints.
